24 has just raised my standards so high that everything falls short now.

Burn Notice takes a creative turn nearly all the time, and Smallville and Supernatural have nice sub-plots. Especially House.

And I really can't stand Monk. Stinks as a comedy and as a crime-solving show.

But f'rllz, NCIS is the way to go. Certainly it has a bit more novelty for me-- I live sorta-kinda-around-the-DC-area-- but the characters are the sort anyone can grow to love. Or at least get some lulz from.
