Back in January, I blogged about an odd part that I'd encountered online. It wasn't listed in any set inventories that I could find, but the photo had me convinced that it was legit. Others elsewhere have disagreed on this point. Theoretically, the original photo could be a careful hoax.

But now, my friends, I am pleased to announce that all doubts have been dispelled. I present incontrovertible proof that this unlikely-looking piece does, in fact, exist:

Before you get too excited, though, I must tell you that this photo is not mine. I have not yet made a live sighting, and there is little chance I ever will. For me, though, just knowing that it is, indeed, out there is more than enough.
