Nerdy In The Extreme

I got shanghaied into being the vice president of my college's new sci-fi/fantasy* club, which is basically the now-defunct physics club under a different name and leadership. We'll be doing fun stuff like watching movies, playing geek jeopardy, and possibly having a book club if we can get enough people who (gasp) read for fun.

I'm started to get really excited for BrickCon. It'll be awesome in so many ways. Hopefully I can make it to the Lego Store this year.

Also, should I get a Twitter account?

*But not the Twilight kind.

GOOD.

I considered buying a Twilight poster at the poster sale that was going on today at college, just so I could have a reason to buy some darts to throw at it.

We (that is, the leadership) actually got distracted for a good 45 minutes discussing Twilight and time travel and whatnot with our math-teacher-cum-faculty-advisor.

I'll follow you if you get a Twitter...

And I would love to go to the Lego Store as long as somebody else can provide transportation... because the buses don't go there that late at night. (I know, I've looked it up)

In my experience, the Twitter-er thing is basically redundant. I use it anyway, every now and then, since I set up my status updates to feed from Twitter. :/
