"This building is not a fire hazard in any way even though it was made only out of wood two hundred years ago and is heated by a large fire pit underneath the building. Nor is it falling apart do to lack of maintenance over the years. Also, just to warn you, we do have running water, but I can't guarantee the cleanness of it or that it will be water coming out at all. It may be something else. There also may be several large holes in the walls due to to particular violent guests staying here. A bulldozer also went through your room last week but we patched it up with duct tape so it shouldn't be a problem. Please enjoy your stay."
