My desktop is situated in the same room as our TV. My sister has watched that movie at least 20 times so far. And not even that. She'll rewind certain scenes and watch them up to five times each. I occasionally hear the soundtrack play through my head, now.

Do yourself a favor and just don't watch it, period. There's no real obligation to do so anymore, and it kind of sucks, anyway.

New Moon wasn't even that great, either. I mean, sure, if you want to count watching Taylor Lautner walk around without a shirt on as a "plus", then so be it. But for the most part, the second movie is a slow emo-fest with the occasional action scene popping up, before everyone gets reunited and happy again, but at that point the movie is already over.

For some reason I haven't watched those movies yet, although I have found out recently that Christopher Heyerdahl is one of the actors (Stargate Atlantis fans may know him as Halling and as several Wraith). A friend of mine recently read the books and even though she despises the genre, she liked them. Well, maybe I'll watch/read it some time in the far future.

No, I remember someone posting how he didn't know what he was signing into, but now he does and has gone on record saying he hates the books and has called the author insane.

Or something crazy like that.

He also fears for his life when fans mob him in the streets because they come up to him with self-inflicted open wounds on their necks and want him to suck their blood, among other things.

I feel kinda bad for the guy now.

It's creepy and gross.

I suggest you get the Rifftrax for it before watching. It's a piece of carp otherwise.
