I wouldn't say "very strong", but it's respectable for their first season. I think they could create a few upsets and I'd be very suprised if they weren't battling with Manor for best of the new teams.

I'm pretty sure they will be not just battling the new teams but current teams like Toro Rosso and Renault.

Speaking of new teams Luca di Grassi has joined Virgin alongside Timo Glock and Campos are still trying to sign Pedro de la Rosa.
