Do the words "2 hours in Dell Chat with Indian tech support people who have dreadful grammar, treat you like a brainless five-year-old, and use the word "Okay" practically every sentence" strike fear into your heart?

No, much more better! Vogon poetry is of course the third worst in the universe, and it causes you to loll and all that. With Dell Support it's really more of a mindless tedium punctuated by the occasional unintentionally amusing grammatical error.
