The one on the left is Souseiseki. Her left eye is red while her right eye is green. She has short hair of an offish brown color. She fights with a pair of garden shears. She also wears an awesome top hat. Her fan nickname is Boku due to her constantly using that word to refer to herself.

The one on the right is Suiseiseki. Her left eye is green while her right eye is red. She has long hair of a regular brown color. She uses a magical gardening can to cause giant roots to attack her opponents while fighting. She wears a bonnet that is nowhere near as cool as her sister's top hat. Her fan nickname is Desu due to her constantly ending every sentence with it.

They are two different characters. While it's cool if you mistake them every so often, if you spam desu consistently when shown a picture of Souseiseki I will forever despise you.
