What does that have to do with my dislike of a not-so-good band I'm not fond of?

Please don't state opinion like fact. I understand and respect that you're not a fan, but just saying that they're not good in-general strikes as haughty of your opinions. ~ Neccy

I've only heard a small number of their songs, but what I have heard is very, very good, in my humble opinion.

I don't really care for them, but I won't deny that Chris Wolstenholme (sp?) is a beastly bass player.

Look into your heart, you know it to be true that Muse is really just psuedo-intellectual pop rock covers of unreleased Beatles songs with uninspired solos.

They were great, IMO; before The Resistance... Absolution and BHaR were both fantastic albums, from start to finish ('Ruled by Secrecy' just wins as a closing track), but I can't say I'm a fan of Origin of Symmetry. Just never grew on me, I guess...

Yeah, Matt does know how to work the mic - and sing, no less! His voice grates, sometimes; but all I have to do is go and listen to something more generic and I'll instantly love him again. So yes, for the most part, I like em'.

And, BTW... you ever looked into some of the more obscure prog rock/metal before? Porcupine Tree, Opeth, The Mars Volta, Sigur Ros, that kind of thing? You brought up the fact that you like people who make albums, not just a collection of unrelated songs; and these guys really know what they're doing (in my humble opinion), so... yeah. If you ever get the chance.
