To Draw A Giant Robot...

Raia

...one must first be able to draw big, blocky things.

Raia cannot draw blocky things.D: Tears!

But yeah, I want to draw a realistically shaded, black-and-white pencil drawing of the Mata Nui robot. Desperately. But, I don't know what pose to draw it in. I don't want to do something too bland, and I'd also rather avoid copying a pose from one of the posters, though I'll probably end up doing that, in the end...mayhaps the HEROPOSE! one. If anyone has suggestions, though, I'd be happy to take them!

Guidelines for suggesting a pose!:

-Nothing goofy (sorry, but I really don't feel like doing anything silly at the mo)

-Nothing inappropriate for BZP (obviously xD)

-A reference image with the suggested pose would be nice...not required, obviously, but I'd really appreciate it.=)

-Full body poses are preferred, but not required.

So yeah! Thinking caps on, creativity activate, people! Help my poor overloaded brain, which is unable to think of anything but circuitry laws, vectors, and rhetorical strategies! Pleaaassee I beg yoouuu.

GIANT ROBOT!

Should totally do it; help a lot in shading and all that. You could always use current pictures of him in comics and stuff to get inspired, that's what I do.

I do like Arpy's idea though.

It's all in the scale...and the worm-eye view. Pose usually doesn't matter in terms of size. draw a flock of birds near his knees or something, and then everyone will realize how big he is.
