Sumiki Posted February 21, 2010 It's a movie rating - R means "restricted", and it's banned for anyone under 17 unless they have an over-17 with them. R-rated movies have extreme gore, violence, and language in them. The other movie ratings are: G - General Audiences - Everyone. PG - Parental Guidance - Everyone, again. PG-13 - Somewhere between R and PG. NC-17 - No Children under 17 - Banned for all under-17s. Like an extreme form of R. Quote Link to comment

Brickeens Posted February 22, 2010 I'm not allowed see lots of films. I've been allowed to see two 15+'s but that's all I've seen over my age limit. My parents are careful about that. I haven't seen the Dark Knight yet. Quote Link to comment
Legolover-361 Posted February 22, 2010 Wow. Seriously? The most violent movies I've ever seen are the Lord of the Rings movies, the Spider-Man movies, and Star Wars Episode III. Also, Brickeens, I haven't seen The Dark Knight yet either. Quote Link to comment
