Firstly, first assignment was due today. That was pretty scary, but I got it in, so that's an improvement already of last year, lol. Only a minor thing anyway. Still, few more due in the next week, so that sucks.

Secondly, it's a State Election this Saturday, so this will be my first oppurtunity to vote, hooray. So today, my party of choice had a BBQ at the University, so I got to meet a number of their candidates from across the state, including my #1 vote, who was so awesome in real life. Really cool, and he talked to me no less than three times, even letting me get a sausage before he, and saying bye and thanks for the support when he left. So cool. The other candidates were cool as well, and yeah, I got to meet the current Premier. Worth it, even if he's not my favourite person.

Thirdly, sick. Enough said there.

Sixthly, Journey's End is pretty good so far, so I'm glad of that. Not sure whether I'll continue to be interested once that and the two current serials are finished, but we'll see.

Seventhly, I can't believe I haven't mentioned it before, but I am so glad that they're putting both The Daily Show and The Colbert Report on TV here now, within hours of it airing live in the US. So great
