This is kind of important, because my old white socks were all too large for me and the grey bit on the heel would show above my shoe heels and for some reason I never really cared enough to do anything about it until now. So now I have new socks! Yey!*

I mean, um, OH THE MUNDANITY.

Well, actually, there have been deep and weighty things being wrestled with, but I'm not sure if I'll talk about them at some point, especially given the superficial relationships I have with the vast majority of the people here. Maybe an edited version for edificatory purposes.

* Yey is an acceptable alternate spelling; cf. grey and gray.

Gray and grey always confuse/frustrate me, especially when grey is red-underlined/spell-checked. (Quick check on Wikipedia says that the difference is mainly by location, but... "Americans tend to use "gray" in reference to the color and "grey" as the adjective.")

Also, I support the use of random blog entries to ignore/avoid any internal frustrations that would rather not be brought up, at least in this kind of setting, as you said.
