These are REAL snipets taken from Toronto's Insurance claims, talking about auto accidents:

 

-I misjudged the lady crossing the street

-Coming home, I drove into the wrong house and collided with a tree I don't have.

-I colided with a stationary streetcar coming the opposite direction

-The other car collided with mine without giving warning of its intentions.

-I thought my window was down, but found it up when I put my hand through it.

-The guy was all over the road. I had to swerve multiple times before I hit him.

 

So yeah, those are some FAILWHALE things I've found. :P
