Actually, they still are the wrong ones. You wear the loops that correspond with your registration to the BSA, in this case, to a troop. As such, you wear the olive green or red shoulder loops-- Venture green is for people registered to a Venture crew, not patrol.

Leave it to EW to spoil any little BSA-related thing, LOL.
