My Nationality forces me to root for Germany ^^

I agree, but the Netherlands and Argentina are doing pretty well thus far and might challenge that.

But I'm rooting for the US and Denmark.

I got one for you:

Cheat us out of one goal, cheat us out of two goals, no matter. We'll still win the group.

Ha. No. USA ain't a football (yes, football) nation. Not gonna happen.

We're not a hockey nation either and look what happened in 1980.

Regardless, we nearly won the Confederated Cup in football earlier this year, so anything could happen.

While I do agree that anything can happen, I'm not putting any money on USA winning anything over a scabbed knee.

My vote was towards USA, because I'm patriotic, but I was also highly enthusiastic of The Netherlands, since my community has a strong Dutch heritage, and there's a festival thhat celebrate it every year.

It was a real bummer when they were beat though. Just a bummer, but not a heartbreak. Though if I had a television and could have seen it happen, I would have been screaming at the screen.
