What is this, a continuity?

Looks more to me like a club, and an illegal one at that, as it seems people are being excluded.

That would be correct. Blog Clubs are not allowed to exclude people, and thus I must say...

Entry Locked.

Once you make it free for anyone to join, feel free to reopen this.

How do the ECC do it? That's invite only.

I think you meant "ICC."

:P

But yeah, did some research as of recent times due to a completely unrelated issue (don't ask kthnx) and found out that clubs like... For example, the ICC, NWI, basically any continuity are not allowed. Not just comic clubs, either; Organizations founded by members around the forums are disallowed, whereas blog clubs are perfectly acceptable as long as you don't exclude anybody.

Bam and such.

Clearly that can't be the case, 'cause groups like those have been around for far too long.

ANYWAYS.

I'd like to join; I have credentials too cause I made a grand total of one comic~

The ICC isn't a club, it's a continuity in which all the comics fit in. A club implies they have a central blog post where they hang out and such; the ICC doesn't have one of those. The topic linked to implies that there is instead a club topic, which is disallowed.

The real difference is that the ICC's blog post was a discussion for a continuity, not a club. A club would mean having a blog post in which only the members were allowed to post and discuss among themselves. However, our blog post was so that people that were interested in the ICC had some place to come and ask questions and thus was a discussion post about the continuity itself, and then thus not violating the rules.
