Let's Do Some Math!

Do you want to know when you'll get 10,000 posts?

I was bored and as such made a series of steps to see.

10000 - Your current post count = posts until 10000

Posts until 10000 / your post per day average = number of days until 10000

For example, I'm currently at 8668 posts, with an average of 6 posts per day. This means that I'm 1332 away from 10000. 1332 divided by six is an even 222 days, which means that I'll hit 10000 sometime around May 26th, 2011.

0^0 is an equally daunting prospect.

For me it's 1452

2,121 days.

But this depends very much on how your average posts per day is calculated. I believe it is your post count divided by how long you've been here. BUT does that count posts made in forums where posts DON'T count? And what about post count increases made by Admids? And this is disregarding the entire mysterious factor, which I would explain in more detail except that it's a mystery, so I can't.

There are just to many factors to accurately calculate future post counts. And that's also ignoring real life stuff, like the zombie apocalypse or robot takeover.
