The Texas Rangers are now the champions of the American League of Professional Baseball Clubs, and will play in their first World Series in franchise history, and I'd say they are the favorites to win it. They have become what the Phillies were supposed to be--a pitching-heavy all-around champion, and they beat the two teams with the best regular season records in their league, and also toppled the 2009 World Series champions. Congratulations to the Texas Rangers, and their fans in the Lone Star State, the new holders of the Warren Harridge AL Champs Trophy.

Also, congratulations to Josh Hamilton, the ALCS MVP Award winner. He is da man. Even if he didn't win it, he would be da man. And his teammates are da men for: 1) Winning the ALCS, 2) Having a celebration with Ginger Ale instead of champagne for Josh Hamilton. Everybody on the Rangers is da man, but Josh Hamilton in particular is da man.

HI HO, HAMILTON--AWAY!

I knew it was to happen. Congratz, Rangers... and congratz to ol' Big Money Molina!

The Giants pitchers had better be careful if they make it to the World Series, because outside of Buster Posey, Molina knows the Giants' pitchers better than anybody else.
