It knows how to count; it just does it weirdly. It puts everything that starts with a one first, then everything with a two, etc.

...so if I'm uploading 55 files that need to be in order, I should just do 1, 2, and such then 111, 112, 113 for 11, 12 and 13, then 154, 155, 156 and such? I may try that.

That's how all computers organize files alphabetically. If you go to the folder where you're uploading from and reset the arrangement to alphabetical, you'll see what I mean.

Just make every number have three digits, starting with 001, and you should have no problems.
