The movie was pretty good. If you compare it to the 1st book it was awful. (They left tons of things out, and it didn't follow it at all), but if you watch it just as a movie, it's pretty good. I liked it.

Yeah; figured that from just Annabeth in general. =P Still wanna see it though. =P Don't really remember all that much of the first book anyway, so I'll probably try to read it again after I watch the movie. =P

I've read all 5 of the ones about Percy, and I started the 1st one in the Egyptian series, but didn't finish it. I was borrowing it from the library and they needed it back. It was ok. I could tell that I didn't like it much because I haven't finished it since then Trust me, if I like a book I read it in like 2 hours.

You should try the new one, 'The Lost Hero'; it's the sequel series to Percy, directly. Happens not long after the fifth book.

And that's too bad; the Egyptian one's pretty good. =P

Yes! I heard about the new series, but haven't had a chance to get it. Some of my friends read it, and they said it's really good. I'll have to go order it at my library.
