Another Weekend Off

Thanks to all the rain currently going through Texas right now, I've managed to get almost this whole weekend off. I only had to work roughly three hours yesterday before the Amusement Park I work at closed, and today it didn't open at all. So really, I've only worked three hours in the last two weekends.

 

For someone who hasn't had a weekend off in over a year before this, I will say that it is so weird being home instead of at work. But I'm not complaining. I'd rather be at home than working in the rain. :)

I used to work at an amusement park.  I think the only time it seriously rained was one night when we were closing up.  Throwing covers over things and locking everything up in bucketing rain at like 9:00 PM was easily one of the most miserable experiences of my life.

I know how that feels. 

 

BUT DO YOU GET PAID!?

No, but I can work during the week to make up the hours. And since its the slow season for us, that actually makes it better for me. :P
