This is my entry to the BBC #72. I tried to make it as accurate as possible, but I also changed up the colors a little. This was mainly making the body black instead of silver. Anyways, here it is. For the 72nd BBC contest. I didn't get to spend as much time on this as I would have liked, been quite busy. This is probably the fifth or sixth thing I tried to build for this contest. Building Star Wars in Bionicle is quite hard! Also the stand is ugly. :C Djordje mentioned on Flickr that there looks like a lot of system in this, so I went and checked, the droid is about 70% and 30% in terms of Bionicle and Technic to system, the STAP is 80% and 20%, and the stand is 65% and 35%, so I hope everything is fine with that. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Single_Trooper_Aerial_Platform/Legends

"Most impressive is the AT-RT, yes?" -Yoda No deeplink, because I couldn't get the filesize below 100KB whilst still keeping the picture at a respectable quality. Anyway. As you may have guessed, this is for BBC 72. I was kind of stumped for ideas, having decided against doing any actual characters early on, then having rejected the possibility of doing lightsabers because I couldn't be bothered to Bricklink all the coloured pieces I'd need for the blades since Christmas is coming up and I still need to buy the overwhelming majority of my presents. (Oops) Then I came up with the idea of building an AT-ST. Again, I quickly decided against that as I couldn't be bothered to build the entire cockpit- which is where the AT-RT came in. As a light walker, I knew it would be easy to build. Plus, I couldn't help but see the resemblance between the plate on the front and this piece. Comment, criticise, and may the Force be with you, always. Gallery
