The Bengals are now incredibly close... so close.... that they can almost taste it. They now need to beat Baltimore next week to claim the AFC Wildcard spot. Unfortunately, since both Pittsburgh and Baltimore won this week, Baltimore will be trying 100% to win the division. It's gonna to be a hard game, but at least we have a chance.

So, yeah, bring it on Necro. Your Ravens are going down.

Indianapolis trumps Houston ~ Houston never had a large leader over the Colts throughout the game, so a Reggie Wayne brought Indy to a victory. Reggie had another good game... 100+ yards and 1 TD on around 8 receptions. Arian Foster also didn't disappoint Fantasy Owners... with 150 yards and a TD.
Saturday Games ~ This is gonna be a fun Christmas weekend. Bengals face off against the Cardinals for an epic match-up as both teams need a win for the playoffs. A Bengals win and a Jets loss will propel them into the playoffs, and they could still make playoffs if both Bengals and Jets win out... depending on the strength of opponent stat that changes every week or so.
Sunday Games ~ Packers face Chicago; Packers faced a loss to Kansas City, and they're not planning on getting embarrassed again. Sunday Night here we come!

I'm finishing exams this week, and as soon as I finish on Thursday, I'm heading straight to the theater for a double feature. First off, The Adventures of Tintin. It's going to be AMAZING. I love Tintin, and I've been counting down the days until I can watch it.

The other movie is gonna be Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. The first movie was great; this movie should be great.

This week is gonna be AWESOME.

OK; I'm gonna say right now that Pittsburgh and Baltimore will be in the playoffs.

With that said, that leaves one more wild card slot in the AFC. The battle is between the Jets and the Bengals now. The Bengals are behind one game, but are facing a favorable match up against St. Louis... and then followed by Arizona at home.

The Jets must face Philadelphia next week, and then play the Giants. This is the time for the Bengals to regain control of the AFC North. Bengals can win the next two, and the Jets could LOSE the next two.

    A very tight finish.

Daaaaaang... Bengals lose a heart-breaker at the last second. We would have won if that defensive corner back hadn't been called for pass interference. It'll be a struggle to get into the playoffs now... we need a win against St. Louis, and NYJ NEEDS to lose next week. In other news...

Tim Tebow does it again! Don't ask me how, but Denver is gonna make the playoffs now that Tebow is a starter. Tim is 8-1 as a starter. He has so many come-from-behind victories-- Kudos to him. He actually threw for 250 years this game too, and only rushed for 50 or so.
    Packers win. Surprise!
Detroit Survives! I don't know how Minnesota got so close to winning, but they did. They were on the Detroit 1 and only down by six. And Detroit wins because of a facemask that the refs didn't call. BOGUS.
Arizona Wins. What the... did Arizona just beat San Fran? Crazy things, sir.

That's basically it. Join me for the analysis of next's weeks games!

What are your current thoughts about the AFC North division? Who will win it?

I see Baltimore claiming first prize in the division. They've swept Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati lost them to them once already. I don't see Pittsburgh getting a better record at this time in the season.

But the real question is... Wild Card spots.

I can see Pittsburgh and Cincinnati claiming both Wild Card spots for the AFC. It's unusual for one division, but Cincy is tied with most teams up for Wild Card, and they still have games against St. Louis and Arizona.

    Tell me what you think!

    PITTSBURGH STEELERS vs. CLEVELAND BROWNS

    --

One thing to say... I feel sorry for the Browns, because this is gonna be a total smack down.

    --

Pittsburgh is in the hunt for the AFC North Championship... the same division in which the Browns have no chance of winning. Pittsburgh needs this win; they can't afford to fall behind another game with Baltimore. And with Cincinnati still looming in the division, they're gonna be relentless.

    --

    Game Leaders:

QB: Ben Roethlisberger-- 275 yards, 3 TDs, 30 rushing yards -- 33 Fantasy Points in Standard League

WR: Mike Wallace-- 150 yards, 2 TDs -- 27 Fantasy Points

RB: Rashard Mendenhall-- 75 yards, 1 TD -- 13.5 Fantasy Points

    --

Cleveland will handle the rush fairly well, but Rashard will pound at least 1 TD in.

    Final Score: 35-17

    Pittsburgh Wins.

    SEATTLE SEAHAWKS vs. PHILADELPHIA EAGLES

    --

Thursday Night Football is finally here this week, and this game could be interesting. Read on.

First off...my prediction: Seattle wins it... 17-14.

Both players have some injuries. Seattle just lost Sydney Rice today, and Philadelphia is plagued with injuries. Michael Vick and Jeremy Maclin are two players down for Philadelphia; LeSean McCoy may not start either.

With their start QB, WR, and possibly RB down, Seattle might be able to win this game. LeSean has led this team so far, and he is always a key player for Philadelphia. For Vick, Young seems to handling the job fairly well... throwing for 400 yards and 40+ rushing yards against the Patriots.

As for Seattle, they will need to rely on rushing game again. Marshawn Lynch has had great stats over the last few weeks, and you need to continually give him the ball. I think he'll get 100+ yards and 20-25+ touches. This is their key to success.

So, yeah... Philadelphia injuries + Seattle Rushing Game = Seattle victory.

Be sure to follow the game, and post your comments.

Yep. It's the Akai EWI4000s. Otherwise known as an electric wind instrument. It's pretty much an electric saxophone. It'll plug straight into my ProTools program and my keyboard.

My family has a pretty sick recording studio set up in our old dining room. We have an awesome keyboard, and ProTools and the Mbox plugged into our Mac.

Expect me to be uploading some of my new piano and saxophone recordings after Christmas.
