The reason being the planet created him to posses foriegn racesbio: Ekuin was a matoran on the Techna nui who died from shock. a long while after the crash C.P.V. found Ekuin and decided he was worthy of being reanimated. after this he altered anybody who saw Ekuin die wouldn't remember. he eventually got caught up in video games while still fulfilling his purpose.
