I didn't realize you joined the Staff until I noticed that you closed a few topics in BBC. Congrats Roa
It's kinda mundane here since I can't chat with you and the others on AIM. Things will be back to normal soon, I hope.
Mon-ay, Mon-ay, Mon-aaay.... MON-AY!

Bah, again, boo for taxes.

Eh? What's this that I hear about covert planting of squids?
-
*gasp* TAXES! Oh noes! Good luck with that. Ouch... that's a lot of grills to make.

Ah, I saw these in Omi's BF report. Very nice work. Hope you'll be on AIM tonight, I wanna hear all about your BF adventures!

Ah, don't worry about the SATs, you'll do fine.
I never took them in this new format but it's a bummer that kids now have to take the new SATs that include a new scoring system and a new written portion (oh no! an extra 45 min-1 hour of testin!?!). Based on what I did to prepare for the old ones, here's what I can say:
> Try looking over a lot of example test questions, try to get into the mind of the people that make these kinds of questions up, if you learn to think like them, then you'll learn to respond to the questions as they would
> Don't be afraid to mark up your test, it won't hurt you. Try to use deductive reasoning, cross out answers that you know can't be right and narrow your choices down as much as possible.
> If you can't figure out the answer and have no idea, don't leave anything blank! Just make a guess, it won't hurt to put something down when you're clueless.
> Get lots of rest the night before the exam, you can't do well on a test when you're exhausted, can you?
> The most imporant thing to remember on the day before the exam: Do abosultely nothing. Take a load off, get your mind away from the thought of the test and relax.
Good luck

Glad you had fun, that Lego free for all at discount prices seems pretty awesome.

WHAT!?! ... All that hard work... what a waste... guess we'll just have to make a new one or get a hold of this X guy somehow and talk him into giving us our site back.
-
... Can't we all just get along?
I agree with most of you too, Max isn't that appealing to me either but so what? Just because I don't like it doesn't mean that I try to impose my will of dissatisfaction on others.
Gaps=Bad, big deal, these "sets" are targeted towards the demographics of young, American boys, not older kids and adults. What may look like trash to us may look like gold to them. I see things from your point of view and free speech is a highly valued thing but honestly, do we have to make such a big deal out of this?
