      No one's answered this? Anyway, just hit the post button (I think you probably know that) after writing in the block at the bottom of topics. And, after you reach ten or so posts, you can click on a profile and find the Personal Messager button. There, you can send a question to the person or create a topic in Q and A to ask questions about the forums and such. Hope it helps.
