I'm not going to have a lot of free time tomorrow, so I'm going to go ahead and say this now:

I wish you all a Merry Christmas and I hope the day is great for you all tomorrow.
  2. Toa Smoke Monster
..and I never got around to making a Christmas list.

I know my Mom got me something for Christmas, but I have no idea what it could be. I guess I'll find out on Sunday.

Also, we didn't put up our artificial Christmas tree this year. With my Dad and I working a lot this month, we never got around to it. So instead, my family and I are going to place a artificial silver reef on a table and surround it with our presents.

It's going to be an interesting Christmas for me, to say the least.

It's been three days into the month of November as of this entry, and I've already seen six or so Christmas commercials, had coworkers of mine play Christmas music at work, had one coworker say that she already got her Christmas tree, and saw 'Merry Christmas!' trending on Twitter. I even saw my local mall setting up Christmas stuff a few days before Halloween. Yes, that's right. BEFORE HALLOWEEN!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. No one should be doing anything Christmas related until at least after Thanksgiving. Otherwise, IT'S TOO EARLY FOR IT!

But that's just my two cents on this.

So the other day Corrin and Bayonetta were released for DLC for Smash Bros. I decided to get all of the new DLC released, fighters, stages, and costumes all included. It's the last DLC for the game, so I thought why not?

Bayonetta is a lot of fun to play. Her moves look really cool, especially directional A attacks. Her final smash is also terrifying. I can see fighters who like making a lot of combos using her a lot.

But to my personal surprise, I think that I actually like Corrin more than Bayonetta, when I thought that it was going to be the other way around. Corrin has some really good moves too, and I think that he's a lot of fun to play. I was hoping he wouldn't turn out to be a semi-Fire Emblem clone, and I'm glad I was right.

Overall, I don't think either of them will be mains for me like Samus, Mewtwo, and Bowser, but they are more great characters and I'm glad I got them.

In other news, You know how that there is going to be one Legendary Pokemon released every month this year to celebrate Pokemon's 20th anniversary? Well, thanks to this event, I now have a Mew in my Pokemon Omega Ruby game.

I would have never gotten it except for the fact that one of my coworkers went to Gamestop to get something and decided to go ahead and get promotional code for my game. I am very thankful to him for this, since I've never had a Mew before.

But for Pokemon obtained like this, you have to visit a Pokemon Center to get them. And I'm currently at a point in the game where I can't immediately do that. So it could still be a little while before I actually get it, but at least its in my game.

Last month, when we got a preview for the Winter Toy Shop set, this image of what appears to be a guy holding a Juggle's head mounted to a staff was on the frontpage:

This month, when the Luke Skywalker contraction set was reviewed, this creepy image of Luke Skywalker staring into your consciousness was on the frontpage:

And both of these were posted before Halloween. It makes me wonder what we will see on the frontpage when October get here.

So is anyone else excited for the time change tonight? I am, because it means I get an extra hour of sleep each night for the coming days!

Sure, it will get darker sooner. But that doesn't bother me. I'm just excited to be staying in bed for an extra hour.

Well, look what got released earlier today.

Batman himself Ben Affleck released this short teaser of this DC fan favorite character on his Twitter account this morning. While there isn't that much to talk about, it is cool to see him here and I imagine this means he'll show up in the Justice League at some point.

I admit, my excitement for that movie has gone up a little since watching this. I just hope the character is properly portrayed in it.

....Which means that the Christmas Season can now officially begin IMO.

And what better way for me to start celebrating this holiday season than to share one of my favorite Christmas songs.

I think I may have asked this before, but I'll ask it again anyways. What is your favorite Christmas song?

Lots of new info on upcoming movies from Disney was revealed this weekend at their Expo. This includes movies from Marvel, Lucasfilms, and Pixar movies. Here is a brief summary on some of the info revealed that I liked a lot.

    1. Captain America: Civil War: Footage was shown of the film. I don't go into details of it, but I will say that it makes me even more excited to see it when it comes out May 6 of next year. I just wish Marvel would put the trailer online...

    2. Doctor Strange: While no footage had been shot yet for this film, they were able to show off some concept art and talk about the character's origin, which I believe is staying pretty close to the comics.

    3. Star Wars: The Force Awakens: I don't know how much info was released about it at the Expo, because I don't want to spoil myself too much on it. While a new trailer wasn't released for it, they did show off a really cooler poster and some cools photos from the movie.

    4. Star Wars: Rogue One: This is the standalone Star Wars movie coming out next year. (December 16, 2016) The cast for this movie was revealed at the Expo, along with some info on the movie itself. It will 'be a departure from the saga films but have elements that are familiar to the Star Wars universe,' said Lucasfilm's Kathleen Kennedy. It will take place before Episode 4 and will be about resistance fighters coming together to steal plans to the Death Star.

    5. Pixar Movies: Posters for The Incredibles 2, Toy Story 4, Finding Dory, and Cars 3 were revealed at the Expo. More info was also revealed about Toy Story 4, in that it will be a love story. More info on Find Dory was revealed too, in that it will be about finding Dory's family and the adventure Dory and Marlin go on to find them. (I think Nemo goes with them too, but I couldn't find anything that says he does.) Nothing else was revealed about Incredibles 2 or Cars 3.

    6. The Good Dinosaur: This Pixar film had a lot of scenes shown at the Expo, and its looks like its going to be another emotional film from the company. It comes out November 25, 2015.

    7. Pirates of the Caribbean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tells: The only thing revealed about this was that Will Turner, played by Orlando Bloom, would be in the movie.

    8. The Jungle Book: This is a live action version of the Disney Classic directed by Jon Favreau. (Director of the first two Iron Man movies) They showed some incomplete footage of the film to the fans at the reveal. The film comes out on April 15, 2016.

    9. Alice Through the Looking Glass: A sequel to Tim Burton's the Alice in Wonderland, in which Alice returns to Underland and travels back in time to save Mad Hatter's life. This film will be released on May 27, 2016.

    10. Pete's Dragon: A reimagining of the Disney film of the same name, this movie is about an orphaned boy named Pete and his best friend Elliot, who is a dragon. This film will be in theaters August 12, 2016.

    11. Beauty and The Beast: Another live action version of a Disney Classic film. *No footage was available to be shown, since it is still being filmed. But it was revealed that it will have new recordings of the original songs along with new songs as well. It will be in theaters March 17, 2017. *(Edit. I believe that there actually was footage shown at the Expo, though it was only a couple of shots. The site I was reading just didn't say that. Sorry for the mix up.)

There were other movies that were either revealed or had more info revealed on them at the Expo, but the ones listed above are the ones I'm the most excited for. Especially the next Star Wars and Captain America. I can't wait to see those in theaters!

According to one of the glitches from Red Dead Redemption, you can fly like a bird. You may look weird doing this, but you will be flying.

Until you get shot down by someone in the process.

P.S. I didn't make this, and I know this is an older video. I just wanted to post it here because I think its hilarious.

...When your typing something for your blog and then the power goes out to your computer, erasing it before you have a chance to save it?

This happened to me today, though it wasn't too bad since I had only begun typing it when it happened. I'm just thankful that it didn't happened when I had it completed. THEN I would've been steamed!

    I hate being sick.

Especially when it lasts for multiple days. I thought it was just a common cold or something that would get out of my system by now, but it has now been with me for the last five days. And my temperature is slowly going up by the day.

Thankfully, I've been off from my job for the last few days too, which has helped me to get some much needed rest. And I'm going to go see my doctor tomorrow to get on some medication for this. (I did go see someone at a Minute Clinic on Saturday, but she said it wasn't anything too bad and didn't prescribe me anything. I don't believe her now.)

I really need to get better soon. I have a VERY important work event tomorrow that I can't miss. Hopefully I get feeling better after I see my doctor tomorrow.

Like I said, I hate being sick.

Since I've had an extremely busy weekend, I haven't been able to keep up with all the new stuff being revealed at E3 this year. So I check on Twitter today and I've learned so far is that one of the announcers said a word incorrectly while he was talking, there has been an overabundance of card games at the presentations, and apparently the Xbox One is becoming obsolete. And E3 isn't even over yet.

I wonder what else I missed since it started.

So I got Metroid Prime: Federation Force yesterday, and got some time to play it today. I only made it through the tutorial mode and a practice match of Blast Ball with an AI opponent. Overall, I really enjoyed what I've played so far.

While the look of the game is different from that of the previous entries in the series, I still think it looks great. I look forward to seeing what the planets look like when I get to them on the campaign missions.

The controls also work really well. The are simple enough. (Press A to fire your weapon, press B to jump, etc.) The only thing I had a little trouble with was toggling your aiming module while you're locked onto a target. Once you've locked on, you press R and move the 3DS around to move the module to fire on your target. It's kind of odd IMO, but it probably is for me because I'm not use to it yet. I'll see how it holds up once I start doing the missions.

They give you some options for words your character can say to other players with the control pad. You can also choose a male or female voice and range how high or low the voice is, which I thought was really neat.

As for the practice match of Blast Ball, I had a lot of fun with it. I have a ways to go before I'm good at it though. But still, I enjoyed it and I look forward to playing against other players when the time comes.

There was one other thing about this game I want to mention, but I'm putting it in spoiler tags since it involves the game's story. Don't read if you don't want to be spoiled.

So has anyone else gotten the game yet? If you have, what do you think of it?

So the tide came in really hard today at my job, which happens to be an amusement park right on the water. The whole section where I work, which is basically the rides section of the park, went underwater. It wasn't anything too bad, as I imagine the deepest spots were probably no more than a foot deep. But it was enough to set the rides down early. And the rest of the park soon followed afterwards.

However, as a manager of the Cash Office at my job, I didn't get to leave until after midnight, when the work of myself and coworkers was completed. Thankfully, our building was just high enough to not get any flood water in it. I did have to walk through the waters a few times though, but aside from getting my shoes, socks, and feet extremely wet it wasn't that bad.

But still, it look as though the waters from the bay that connected to the street, with the whole ride section of the park between it. In the on and off eight years I have been working at this park, I've never seen the water get this high before. And it may be staying around at least through tomorrow, as there is a good chance of rain hitting where I live all day tomorrow. I just hope that once it's gone, it will be a long time before it ever happens.

Has anyone else had tried a fried egg on a burger? I've tried it a couple times at one of my local fast food restaurants, and I've found it to be really good. It's not something I eat all the time, but I do it every once in a while for something different.
