For some reason the code still does not work for me

I know you are trying to help members read the story and get the special features, but what incentive do they have to buy the book now? The code was that incentive and now that is gone. Given people will still buy the book, it still doesn't seem right to give the code away. On another note, that is fantastic Greg. I can not wait until I can read the story
