IC: Rhinal Rhinal followed Tivanu, intrigued to see another area of the island. OOC: Rhinal to Ta-Koro

IC: Rhinal Rhinal considered. He had no idea as to the qualities of either area, but he didn't care. At least he'd be going somewhere. "Let's go to Ta-Koro, I guess," Rhinal said.

OOC: Hmm. I think we should go somewhere else... your pick as to where since Rhinal doesn't know anything about the island. IC: Rhinal "I'm Rhinal," the Toa of Water said, extending his hand and shaking Tivanu's. "I like your thinking," Rhinal said. He looked at the chaos before them. It would be somewhat noble to jump in and try to help anyone who was innocent, but since they were all fighting like dogs there was no way to tell who was evil and good. "Should we go somewhere else? If we go into that mess we'll probably kill the wrong people and it'll suck..."

IC: Rhinal "You're probably right," Rhinal said with a vague hint of a smirk on his face. "It's the same thing for me..." OOC: Not sure what to do now... lol

OOC: Best reason ever right? lol IC: Rhinal "Something like that," Rhinal said. He looked back at the chaotic mess before them, hoping that the beings in the right (if there were any) would reveal themselves. Unfortunately, they did no such thing and Rhinal was left as confused as before. He looked back at the Skakdi before him. He didn't look like someone who was particularly heroic or trustworthy, but since he hadn't already joined the melee and/or started killing Matoran yet, Rhinal figured the Skakdi must be relatively civilized and therefore, fairly safe to talk to. At the very least, he won't slit my throat without a good reason... "Maybe they're all drunk," Rhinal said.

Cool I'll post a profile here in a little bit. EDIT: Here ya go. I'm too lazy to make a totally new character, so I'm going to use a slightly modified version of one that's been dead in the normal RPG for a while now. Hopefully that isn't a problem... Name: AkiniiGender: MaleAlignment: GoodMask: Kanohi Calix (looks very aerodynamic)Species: Toa of IceAppearance: Akinii is a lanky, taller than average Toa who is agile and quick (though not particularly strong.) He carries a pair of well worn short swords for speedy attacks. He has not mastered his control over ice just yet, generally relying on his speed and Kanohi Calix to confuse attackers.Personality/History: Akinii is quite awkward when talking to anyone who he isn't attacking, which comes as a surprise to many considering his deftness of hand in battle. His history is unknown to him and everyone else: he just kind of appeared one day. (I need to work on this laziness thing.)Weaknesses: Akinii usually doesn't do too well against beings that can control fire. He also isn't all that strong and doesn't have much armor or muscle.

Is it too late to join in on this RPG? Just curious.

OOC: Hey Vox, I'm going to interact with you because I can. IC: Rhinal Rhinal was confused. Beings were fighting one another all over the place, random bystanders of every species were running around and freaking out, and basically Karz was hitting the metaphorical fan. Wish I knew who was in the right here... He noticed a Skakdi coming through the gate with a bird of some kind on his shoulder. Rhinal decided to speak to the being, since he had nothing better to do. He had no idea what the Skakdi's opinion of Toa was, but he didn't care much at the time. "Do you have any idea what's going on here?" he asked. Maybe the other being knew something Rhinal didn't.

Matoro for sure. I have issues with confidence, I'm not much of a warrior in the traditional sense, and I have secrets that I'd rather not have to deal with.

OOC: I've been away from the BZPRPG for almost a year, and I decided to come back and start anew because I don't have anything better to do. Check the link in my signature if you want to see my character's profile for some reason. Here goes nothing... IC: Rhinal Land ho. Rhinal had finally found some kind of land form. He'd been sailing for a good month or two, trying to find some kind of civilization, so the spit of land before him was a welcome sight. Of course, he knew it could just be another Visorak-ravaged island like the one he'd left three or four years before, but he refused to acknowledge this possibility. He'd been forced to leave after his home island was wrecked by the Visorak, and had ended up on a desert island. Rhinal had stayed there for about three years, perfecting his water abilities and trying not to blame himself for the destruction of his home. Recently, he had decided he didn't want to be so completely alone anymore, so he got in his old boat and went sailing again. I hope the people aren't Vortixx or Skakdi or something, because that would suck. He thought for a moment. It would suck less than there being no one though. At least I'd have someone to fight... After a few minutes, Rhinal pulled into Naho Bay and saw Ga-Koro from a distance away. For a moment, he almost leapt out of his boat upon seeing Matoran again, but he managed to pull himself together and think about what he should do. He considered his options for a minute, then decided that he should walk carefully into the village and not announce his presence too loudly, as he didn't want to scare the Matoran. He proceeded to execute this plan, and soon was at the gate of the village. He solved the puzzle in a matter of seconds and walked in. He saw that there was some kind of fight going on, but he had no idea who to help. He moved away to avoid acidentally getting involved and watched the proceedings for a moment, trying to discern what was going on. EDIT: OOC: Rhinal open for interaction. EDIT: OOC: Someone pull Rhinal into whatever's going on so I have something to do. lol

OOC: Whoa... Should have expected that, I guess.

IC: AkiniiAkinii grinned nervously as he sent the Gukko upwards, then down again for another run at the hive. He looked down and sent some sharp ice spikes down at the Toa of Shadows. He knew it would do nothing whatsoever against the dark Toa, but he hoped that maybe it would distract him long enough for someone else to do something.EDIT: Oh yeah, I'm (sort of) attacking Heauni...

IC: Akinii "Got it," Akinii said, steering the Gukko down to the entrance of the hive and flash freezing some Nui-Rama in their way.

IC: AkiniiAkinii steered the Gukko bird downwards once more, blasting some thick chunks of ice into the Nui-Rama behind the ground force, crushing some and freezing others.

IC: AkiniiAkinii shrugged. "Apparently, yes I do," he agreed as he narrowly dodged an incoming Nui-Rama, slashing it into bits while he was at it.

IC: Akinii"I don't think we had one to begin with," Akinii said to Ril as he slashed a Nui-Rama's wings off.

IC: Akinii"Working on it," Akinii yelled back over his shoulder as he angled their Gukko downwards, sending Plagia and Akinii into a speedy dive towards the Rahkshi. While they dove, Akinii sent a few pointy beams of ice towards the Rahkshi, hoping to at least injure one or two of the three Makuta-spawn before they teleported off somewhere else.

IC: Akinii"Can't help you there," Akinii said to Ril as he sent a couple more Nui-Rama falling to their deaths.

IC: AkiniiAkinii nodded in Kahlynn's direction."You ready, Plagia?"OOC: This is one Karz of a pure, undiluted filler post, eh?

OOC: Cool beans.IC: AkiniiAkinii followed the Skakdi's suggestion and began to scope out the area around the... Rahkshi? I know those... things. For some reason, Akinii knew what those beings were (and how dangerous they could be). Considering he really didn't know anything about anything else, this was a momentous discovery. Why do I remember what those things are, but nothing else? He didn't have an answer for that one. OOC: Ambiguous character development is ambiguous.

IC: AkiniiAkinii grabbed for the reins, not mentioning that he'd never attempted to fly a Gukko before and would probably be sending both himself and Plagia to a nasty death in a few seconds. Surprisingly, he managed to get the bird to fly upwards towards the other Aerial Squad team without too much difficulty. Either I'm a natural, or this bird's smarter than I am...

IC: Akinii - Rama Hive (Sky) As Akinii and Plagia leveled out, the Toa of Ice found that his ice abilities weren't as strong down by the ground when an insect didn't freeze the way he had wanted it to: the heat of the jungle made it a little tricky to ice the wings of the various Nui-Rama flying at his face. Accordingly, he switched to the more straightforward method of simply hacking the massive insects to bits with his swords, which worked fine. One particular Nui-Rama managed to get close enough to Akinii to give him a painful sting in the shoulder. After wincing in pain, Akinii returned the favor by whopping the insect's head off. Ow.

IC: Akinii - Rama Hive - SkyAkinii nodded and dispatched a Nui-Rama with his swords as Plagia sent their Gukko into a dive. Akinii's stomach churned as he realized something new about himself: he didn't like free falling... or heights. As they fell, Akinii froze several of the Rama surrounding Reordin and Kal into one huge block of ice, hopefully giving the two beings time to do... whatever they were trying to do: Akinii still wasn't really sure what was going on, unsurprisingly.

IC: Akinii"Sure thing," Akinii said, sending several Nui-Rama plummeting towards the ground almost simultaneously. OOC: Wow, I was off for two days and I missed all of what's going on... I need to have less of a life, apparently.

IC: AkiniiIt seemed that Mahdrik had gotten distracted in all the hubbub and forgotten to tell Akinii where it was that he needed to go (although in all the hubbub of Toa and other powerful beings, he could hardly be blamed for it.) Akiinii turned around and saw Plagia jumping onto a Gukko bird with some other Toa. Akinii ran over and (somewhat) nimbly leaped onto the bird, landing next to Plagia. "You mind if I come along?" he asked. OOC: I don't actually know if a Gukko bird is big enough for two Toa... I need to brush up a little on my Bionicle knowledge, it would seem.
