Makuta can alter rahi powers using viruses so I don't see how a toa of rahi couldn't do it as well.Also could a toa of rahi have the powers of a Zatth and Faxon

I mean mutating rahi like giving it longer claws, stronger teeth, weaker legs, and so forth, he can also alter their powers or give them new powers but that is a big alteration and may take him days to make (considering how fast this rpg is going that is a long time.)

I'm back and i didn't mean he learned mental shielding, he just started to learn. and it couldn't possibly take hundreds of years to learn mental shielding, new members of the OoMN wouldn't have time to train in anything else.Could a toa of rahi be able to alter rahi, the bigger the alteration the longer it would take to charge up, but once he released it the effects would be instant.

I’m off to camp for a week so here is what Tanika and Nivigate will do in that time; Tanika finally joins the toa council gets a job as a night watchman for a merchant who wasn’t robbed yet (if there were any). He also tries to find a toa of psionics to restore his memory. Nivigate gets the supplies he had hid in a tree and basically just goes along with the rest of the crew.

I’m off to camp for a week so here is what Tanika will do in that time; Tanika goes to Ta-Metru and gets a toa of psionics to teach him how to shield his mind, and he asks around about his matoran friends and finds out that they lived in a garden in Le-Metru.

As his first solo mission he was ordered to catch and kill a toa of lightning (Tanika) that had stood in the way of a pool of Energized Protodermis, However Monik’s morals kicked in and instead he just wiped the toa’s memory and left him on an island.(Optional) Notes: I plan on having Tanika cure his madness.

Could I make a Toa of rahi, able to create, manipulate, and absorb rahi

maybe the iron absorb ability should act like a mask of corruption and the eminate ability should act like a mask of regeneration since I have no idea how the current eminate ability would work.

Ok then, no Rahi Control powers, he just is good at taming rahi as a result of his years as a rahi tender. Remember to use a mask of mutation you have to have a knowledge of what you want it to turn in to otherwise you get something completely random. I did plan on using them for scouts but they didn’t have a telepathic connection with Inta, instead I wanted them to be able to speak like a parrot. Right now the birds are his only way of fighting, as he is to inexperienced to use his powers in a fight, and he didn’t get much fighting experience as a rahi tender. I know that is why he was surprised when the legs still had the power, but this is a mutated Sea Spider with its shrinking power in its legs, limbs that come off easily, and the ability to regrow lost limbs. He didn’t know what to mutate it into so he just mutated it at random. Ok no Makuta, just a group of scientists that invented the Nui Stone and when the Brotherhood of Makuta ordered it to be handed over to them, the scientists sent the storm to destroy it but it survived somehow. My reasons make sense in my head they just don’t come out right.

This container shrinks what ever is put inside it so it can hold a lot. Inta has put in the container various pieces of rahi, and other things he collects. The main weapons he uses are Sea Spider legs to shrink his enemies or other rahi made weapons. He has two birds that perch on his shoulders, these can turn in to much larger birds (big enough to carry a toa) that are heavily armoured in front, so they can smash threw rock even when carrying a toa. Their wings glow with energy like a kahu’s making them fly very fast without flapping. Mask: Mask of Mutation, fitted with a computerized lens that lets him examine things close up, useful for examining rahi without touching it.Appearance: Inta has green and black armour, a stark contrast to his friendly light blue eyes and clear blue energy.Faction: Good. He has travelled to Yheyn to learn how to be a proper toa from the Toa Counsel.Personality: Curious and Kind, Inta wants to be a proper toa and help people. He is inexperienced with his powers. When Inta was having trouble getting some of the larger rahi back in their pens (and after being swallowed by one of them before the makuta saved him) the makuta did a few experiments and gave Inta Rahi Control powers. After many years the makuta began trying to create an artificial toa stone, the result was the Nui Stone. Discovering what the makuta had made, Miserix ordered that the Nui Stone to be brought to another Makuta on Yheyn (or Ampora) who would bring it to Miserix, so the makuta sent Inta to Yheyn with the Nui Stone.Along the way Inta ran into a mysterious storm that destroyed his ship and cast him onto a tiny island, when he awoke he was shocked to discover that he had become a toa! Inta searched the ship wreck for the Nui Stone but could not find it even with his new powers. Walking inland, Inta found a pool of water, deciding to try his powers on it, Inta tried to telekinetically lift the water, to his delight the water condensed into a large ball and floated in the air, however his delight was cut short when a snake that was under the water tried to eat him. While escaping the snake Inta remembered that he had Rahi Control powers and told the snake to stop and it stopped, he told it to lie down and go to sleep and it did. Trying to use his mask now, Inta tried to mutate a Sea Spider, it started to work but then the Sea Spider became enraged and attacked Inta, when it stabbed at him he sidestepped chopped off its front legs with a small knife, surprised at how easily the legs came off Inta stepped back and was even more surprised when the spiders front legs grew back, but by this time Inta had used his powers to put the rahi to sleep. Picking up the front legs Inta discovered that they still have the power to shrink things, thinking of a use for them Inta pulled off a bunch of the legs and made them into his container, then (unmutating it) he sent the spider on its way.After getting a little more experience with his mask, Inta set to work mutating his birds into their present state with his mask, in a few days the birds were finished and he used them to fly to Yheyn to find a toa to train him.Notes: The storm was sent either by the makuta who took the Nui Stone, or by the Order of Mata-Nui who took it.

he dosen't see visions of the future, Mata-Nui just tells him things, mostly things that have already happened, or things that he needs to do.How about a toa of psionics with the Mask of Rahi Control who specializes in telekinetics

These are the only powers he can access. Mata-Nui keeps an eye on him so he can watch his how Inta turns out and sometimes gives him visions to help him in the right direction*His energy hand is not made of shadow like makuta’s, but a clear blue energy. Mata-Nui gave Inta the ability to use viruses to create rahi (as well as his other powers), he also gave Inta a more peaceful version of the 42 makuta powers (with Peace instead of Anger, Courage instead of Fear, etc) but he doesn’t know of, and can’t use these powers. (Unless a GM says he can.)Inta woke up in a cavern beside a large pool of greenish black liquid that swirled and bubbled and he didn’t want to touch it, and a small pool of light blue liquid that looked calm and peaceful. When Inta found his way out of the cavern and found a pool of water, acting instinctively tried adding his blue energy to the water, to his delight the water condensed into a large snake, however his delight was cut short when the snake tried to eat him. By this time Inta came out of stasis and used his powers to put the rahi to sleep. Can someone tell me who is left in the port strike

IC: Tanika port strikeThe Toa’s sacrifice would not be in vain, Tanika channelled all his power in to his mask and, copying a Shore Turtle, Tanika flew forward faster then anyone could see grabbing every toa he could find and dropping them off in the water, out of range of the Dark Hunters (to everyone else they just saw a blur and then found themselves in the water. As he dropped off the last toa (whch happened to be Naho, unconscious from the power scream) , Tanika zoomed back and found Velkarno’s lute with Scratches sitting nearby wondering where his master had went, scooping them both up Tanika flew off to the sea. Just before he got to the water an Increase Weight hit him by chance, making him to heavy to fly, luckily the vahki who fired the disc wasn’t aiming at him and didn’t notice that it hit Tanika. Using that to his advantage Tanika crawled into the water and swam to the rest of the toa. “Anyone with healing powers should get to work. Is that everyone?” Tanika asked.OOC: Could everyone who is still alive in the port strike please tell me. Also Tanika grabbed pretty much everyone so unless your character is dead or hiding Tanika grabbed them.

I used a Rode and found that my plasma was a lot weaker then a computer controlled toa of plasma.Is this just me?
