I really like the color scheme for the Toa of Gravity (I might have to use it some day )

The Toa of Electricity also seems like it has good potential for mocing

BTW I love the chrome Hau on the Toa of Iron!

Anyways these are all pretty cool mocs, for what they were made out of left over pieces (I wish I had 3 of Whenua's drills)!

Makuta Teridax feared that the other 8 Makuta, (correct me if I am wrong with the number) Antroz, Krika, Gorast, Chriox, Vamprah, Bitil, Icarax, and Mutran, would eventually be strong enough or something like that and match his power thus taking his power/control . He sent them there to get them killed in the aftermath of Mata Nui's awakening so that they wouldnt get in the way of his plan, if they chose to do so.

The manufacturers probably didn't want to change it. Like, look at some other pics in this topic. They had one for a Pahrak, normal packaging colors and such. But the pics of it built had green shields, white bodies, wrong pieces, etc.

Yeah I know what you mean, I once bought myself a Kohrak from Invincibility Robot out of curiosity and when I opened it, I found myself with Blue, Green, Pearl Gray, Brown and Orange Pieces! Not even a single white or trans-light blue piece!!!

I would want to be a Ta matoran with a rebuilt body lol

I dont think Mazeka is from Metru Nui so I dont think that counts.

I meant more if a Matoran is wearing a silver mask, Mazeka is just an example from canon to have a silver mask.

Oh I see, well on BS01 is says that a kanohi would change colors to the color of the wearer. However it also said that the mask would not change colors for a matoran, since they dont have power, so it had to be painted to the color of the matoran since kanohi are supposedly a grayish color at first.

I've taken apart Keetongu many a time. He's a pain to rebuild, I've taken him apart for the last time, and I'm going to rebuild him and keep him that way. If I need parts from him, I'll just buy them off of bricklink or something.

I just recently bought a second Keetongu and destroyed it for more pieces! lol

Probably because the MOC is a Toa form, whereas she had the noble form as a Matoran.

OH no I understand that but since this moc was inspired from your other matoran of light into toa mocs, I figured that this representation of Gavla should have had a Noble Avasa like your other mocs did.

Evo during break out, then again he is the only one i actually have. I just had one issue about him, the gun hand was a old style hand instead of the actual modern hands.

Yeah Evo from Breakout is now actually my favorite set from Hero Factory

I really like how you used the Agori torsos for the main body part on all of them. Also, are these supposed to be based on any real life animals? Just wondering

And are these all built at the same time? Or did you break them apart to use pieces for the others one? Because I can believe you have 8 Mahri Hahli wings! I gotta go and order some on Bricklink eventually. But overall a pretty simple and cool moc (like stated above)

Hey there everyone! I always had this question about the Metruan's Kanohi. Why are the tops or middle of their Kanohi, tainted with silver paint? The sets that came out have the Kanohi tainted in silver and in some pictures I saw a of couple other matoran from Metru Nui, share the same appearance Does this have something to do with the matoran living or working on Metru Nui? And why does the silver go away when in Mata Nui? Is it because they shrunk? Can someone please clear this up?

Edit: BTW sorry if this doesnt belong here, I dont know is this is part of the storyline, or just something the sets had.

Mine was the Breakout style. It was a bit easier for me to navigate through and was straight forward IMO.

Nice guns altho the color scheme is a little bit weird. Maybe try to get all the pieces in black? BTW it looks good with Lariska
