    Why does there have to be a specific kind of seaweed for sushi? Why can't we all just have one united seaweed type!?!?

      What you mean? It tastes the same (it's still the same seaweed), but it has a different texture. The non sushi one was real thin and barely usable to hold the rice together. D:
