As we seen it, both ninjago and chima have 11 sets for next year first wave,and they might not hold two big theme together,so I think they may turn one of them in to small theme,and there might be at least 60% will be chima ,because ninjago is going to have a movie in 2016,which means ninjago may rise again!!!All hail the golden master
