  1. Uh, well I think I have this now. Here goes nothing!

    Name: Rok

    Species: Toa of Electricity

    Faction: Prisoner

    Power/Weapon 1: Electricity

Power/Weapon 2: A funky looking bow that can shoot arrows of lightning when Rok uses his powers on it.

Power/Weapon 3: Kanohi Kentra - the mask of extended speed, and when activated, Rok gains a speed and attention boost, however, it causes pain and discomfort when used excessively, and over-usage can cause serious internal damage, so can only be used for a short time.

Appearance: Grizzled and old, Rok is like all toa of electricity, but now in his olden age, his armour is battered and broken, his body having visible scars all over.

Bio: Rok is out for revenge! Revenge for... well, with all his years of imprisonment in Sierra Leone Sarrella Kirrottu, Seltu has forgotten most of his history and what he did, only knowing that he fought in a grand city for something or someone. Now, with his thoughts shrouded by the current events, he has set out to find out his past, with a new revenge, a revenge on the inhabitants of Sarrella Kirrottu who imprisoned him.

Personality/Other: Usually serious, although occasionally lights up when nothing serious is presenting itself.

    Re-posting for confirmation.

  2. I'm utterly out of the loop.

From what I gathered, the arena crashed onto a planet and now the people have to fix the arena or face capture by the natives or become one of the natives. It's a little simplified, but that's the general gist of it. For more information you should look at the first page.

  3.

Well, there goes that mystery - are you a god or something?

Quick question now - where did that squid colour come from? I remember red and yellow squids, but not lovely blue ones.

I got the blue squids in the Squid Ammo Pack from 2007.  It's probably the least purchased BIONICLE ammo pack of all time. :P

I literally bought them because Toys R Us was having a buy one get one half off sale, and it was the only Bionicle product I didn't have from that year. So I got it for $1 and scattered them around my Mahri Nui display. They've been sitting there since 2007, but it's too hard to get dust off them at this point. Are they worth anything out of package?

I would think that since we only just now realized how to use the things properly 8 years later, I would reckon no.

  4. IC: Keyanu

The city was bustling with life, surprisingly, especially under the harsh sun. Perhaps they were used to it? It was most likely. She moved past a large market-place, not looking at any merchants who may want to stray a grabbing hand. She shuffled through a small group of people talking about money - and then it hit her. She had no money. She had no idea what the currency was here, so her money, if there was any, would most likely be useless. She sighed. How could she be so stupid?

Moving on, she stood under the shade of an overhanging roof of a building nearby. Next to her, a being much like herself, was happily drinking from a small glass. She was also thirsty, but with no money, and in the middle of a desert, how could she find anything to drink. Sighing again, she took out one of her pistols and opened the chamber, and closed it. Opened and closed. Opened, and closed.

OOC: Keyanu is standing next to Andrex.

  5. So, any Brits here? Because There's 2015 sets coming your way very soon! I happened to chance in at my local Toymaster (Down Dorchester way if you're really desperate), and lo and behold, right there in the center isle of Lego was the new sets (with all the old ones on the floor - clearly they only put them out today).

I was skeptical at first of the new sets with their "dark and gritty" atmosphere, but in the actual presence of them, they're actually much more impressive than the Toa! I really enjoy their new gimmicks play features, and had a hard time choosing between them all, but naturally I got Ekimu VS Kulta (where did that name even come from?). But what makes me sad was that we only got 4 villans (5 if you count the Kulta-Scorpio combination model), where we could have had 6 for all Toa - just think of the play features they could have gotten! (Now, you could argue that Skulta grinder is the villan for Tahu, but then I'd say you're silly and ignore you).

  6. IC: Siren (hallways - gym)

Siren hadn't gotten to any matoran, for better or for worse, so went over to the gym for a workout. As she arrived, she noticed one rahk that she remembered from before the assignment alone. She casually walked over to him and pronounced

    "I believe we owe each-other a fight."

    OOC: That's Haken

  7. IC: Siren (hallways)

Siren made her way back to the Corpus, and saw the three favorites getting leveled. She sighed, and prepared for the new regime.

    IC: de-Rephic (Gym)

de slowly made his way back to the school before entering back inside. He sauntered towards the gym that he saw on his previous escapades. He casually pushed the doors open and walked in. He looked around for a partner, noticing one very large Rahkshi, but quickly ignored them and looked for a more suitable target.

    IC: Mutant (Gym)

The Chameleon Rahskhi followed at the back of the pack, not paying attention aside from trying not to fall down. As they touched to the ground, she walked on in and made her way to a large pair of doors. She pushed them open and slowly peered on in. It was large, and full of other rahkshi. She walked forward and thought of what others do here. As she did so, a dummy of another rahkshi appeared from the floor. She stumbled back, and then swung and open palm at the projection, screwing its head down to the floor. When the dummy did not move, she prodded it, and the part of the broken head formed back into a full formed head slowly as small sand-like grains moved into the hole. She stared at it, and started to experiment with different attacks.

OOC: Siren open for interaction, de-Rephic and Mutant available for interaction in the Gym)

  8. They shold fight for their independence and freedom, taking down both banners of the Mata and Stars, and then siding with Makuta (G1 2003) and Skull Grinder.

In all seriousness though... uuh... watch how the battle plays out and then side? Or what about half of the masters fighting with the Mata and the other half fighting with Stars?

Also, who buys 10 Rahkshi & Skrall Stars?

  9. Ooc: D-did I say tomorrow? *nervous laughter*

    Ic: Keyanu

After a long and hardened journey under the blazing sun, Keyanu finally came upon the entrance of the ousted village. A sun-yellowed leaflet stuck to the side of the rocky entrance, about an "Akari" standing down from position or something of the sort. It was hard to read the words, so she put the leaflet back where she had found it. Upon entering, she noticed some more of the natives hard at work on some kind of odd pylon, their bodies the same colour as the sand and rocks around them. She wondered how they could work in such heat, and then continued on into the village.

Ooc: Keyanu open for interaction, at last.

  10. Ic: Grēgorios

"Now, you see, there's a problem with that suggestion of yours - seeing as how you know where we are, I presume you can see us in our entirety, meaning that you can see we have no Vortixx with us. So, if you come out nice and calm like, I'm sure we cab all put this little misunderstanding behind us.", he shouted.

  12. Well, you missed Landfall. Check out the links in the first post of this topic and the first post in the gameplay topic for more information. In a nutshell, crazy cultists crashed the Bionifight facility into their deadly island and now we're all just trying to survive long enough to gather the Infinite gems and repair everything. The Queen has gone missing with the Mind Gem, The Host is out searching for Infinite Gems, and a few fighters have decided to take things into their own hands. Kale is trying to overthrow the Host and get everyone back to their homes.

Meanwhile, Dayeth has been appointed to kill Maeus and become the new Herald of Fear. Masenna is trying to make peace with Bionifight (what ever happened to that, anyway?). Tuoni has some valuable and important piece of the Bionifight facility.

Other than that, it's just been a lot of small interactions. There was a Sota Game, a few scouting missions, a Gem Quest or two. Nothing too big.

    Ah, cool. One last question before my lovely character comes up;

    What is this:

Faction: [Are they a Prisoner or a Cultist? Which sect are they imprisoned by/a member of?]

I'm a little confused by this thing. What does it mean? What's a cultist? Who's a prisoner? What's a Sect?

  13. And I'm back! Finally. After what feels like a year.

So, I've decided to pick up this again, and what better way to do that than with a new character? I mean, after one small, tiny, insignificant thing.

What has happened since page 140.

  14. Similar question to the one I asked Ghidora; how do they explain the large gaps in their memory? If they don't know they have another personality in their head, what do they think is going on each time they black out and suddenly wake up somewhere new? While they don't have the massive giveaway of seeing their other half in the mirror like the Shine "twins", I don't know why neither Tear nor Tear (Tear especially, given is more outgoing nature) seem to question their strange memory loss

I figured it would be more along the lines of a were-animal transformation, only it happens on the turn of each day from what I could see - Tear would not remember what Tear had done the previous day, and vice-versa, until they either die or become Gollum/Smégol.
