  1. i dont think that you can make an official bionicle piece clear so if you wanted to make that you could use a regular mask to create a mold from silicone and then fill the mold with clear and red melted plastic

also I think that mask isn't a prototype but instead a misprint but I may be wrong about that

I have some experience with mold making so if you want I could try to make a similar mask and see how it turns out for you

  2. Would anyone be interested in trading a light blue misprint kaukau or a pearl gold kraahkan for a gold ignika?, I have a spare.

this is not the place for this you should start a new topic in b/s/t for this. the ebay auctions topic if for ebay auctions only

  3. Skopio comes to mind for me, knowing I couldn't afford it back then, I decided to split the costs up, I spent awhile making bricklink orders to gather all the pieces, then when I had finally ticked off every box on the set inventory list, I got to work building it, I was expecting much more :(

I had the exact same feeling all the reviews I watched really over glorified it

  4.

probably just lego reusing the galidor IP so that they dont loose the right to the IP other companies do the same thing too just look at the names of nerf guns

As someone wrapping up a brand writing internship with Hasbro (which involves things like coming up with names and doing trademark searches), that's not really how it works. Yes, continued use of a trademark is necessary to maintain it. But the Galidor trademark has not been in use for 15 years, expired way back in 2010, and is considered unrevivable: www.trademarkia.com/galidor-78171782.html

In other words, including it on a sticker or minifigure doesn't make any difference in its trademark status. And to be perfectly honest, considering Lego (or any other company) probably has no chance or even desire to try to create a success out of one of their biggest historical failures, I doubt the upkeep of the Galidor brand is high on their list of priorities.

    thanks for letting me know

  5. I would love to make an rpg that sound sweet I dont know much about game developing but I am a medical and weaponized robotics student so I know basic programming

but while it is possible for an individual or tow to build A game, the more people we have the easier it will be and so far only two people have replied to this topic

im also fairly good at writing and can help in character bio's and backstory and stuff like that

  6. collectibles: and not like g2 did it with the masks I want collectibles like g1 where there was actually a challenge trying to get every single piece in a collection in g2 if you bought all of the sets you would have all the masks minus exclusives.

launchers: and proper ones too like the zamor or kanoka or even the squid launchers were fun and the new stud shooters are literally in every theme and have become old and boring.

start from scratch dont copy g2 or g1 give it a fresh setting and new characters or set it in the future years after the events that took place in bara magna in 2009.

  7. partly but mostly I think it was because the starwars ccbs line has the starwars label attached to it and starwars has the bigger fanbase so sales dropped for bionicle as people were buying the new starwars sets over the bionicle one

G1 did not have this problem as it was the only purley constraction line

  8. Nice photos, one thing which I find great about Bionicle photography is that, at a human scale, some plants are just small additions to nature, but look like a huge jungle when taken with a Bionicle character

all these recent topics have encouraged me to try some myself, I'll post them soon!

thanks cant wait to see your pics!

  9. Nice images! I have to say the Gahlok one is my favourite. I recommend taking pictures from more obscure angles. That way you can capture a more real look. But keep up the good work!

thanks I will keep that in mind when I take pictures next time

  10. hi guys so this is my first time trying out bionicle photography let me know what you guys think and give me tips to get better constructive criticism only please thanks.
