I don't think it was gross enough to make it terrible. It just was a serious flaw, especially because I hate bugs. But the Shanghai scene and the Temple itself rocked.

Also, Eragon did do well as a book. It's a lot like Star Wars, but it's well written. I have the whole trilogy so far.

Star Wars is a great trilogy (both of the trilogies, with the possible exception of Phantom Menace), and the Indy Jones movies rock too. Temple of Doom was kind of gross though.

However, Eragon is soooo much better of a book than a movie.

Wow, I didn't think anyone else liked He(ck)Boy! I used to be really into those movies, and I still own both. And the Matrix, too! Quite an impressive list there.
