Eugh, beets aren't that great. I only like the golden ones, and the stripey ones are bearable, not raw though. I did make beet muffins once, it was rather... interesting...

Wow that apple pie is amazing. I can never get all of my crust to look all fancy, usually one side is too thin or something. Zucchini is delicious, but by the end of summer I get pretty sick of it. Before this year I actually didn't like it, I just had to force myself to eat it a few times and then I was set. So yes, FORCE YOUR FAMILY TO EAT MORE ZUCCHINI!!1 fwahahah

+1 I don't understand the point of sugared up butter smothered over an already sweet dessert. It takes away flavor and quality from the baked good. Cream cheese icing and whipped cream icing get a pass, and maybe fondant just for decorating purposes. What really weirds me out is when people put frosting on BROWNIES!!1 You know something that weird me out even more than that (though I totally agree with you, frosting on brownies, what in the world?! o.0) Frosting on Rice krispie treats. Yogurt is delish, but it doesn't out-do homemade ice cream. I love making fruit sauce and mixing it into a good quality yogurt, or just mixing some good quality honey into some good yogurt. Except I usually just have those cheapish prepackaged yogurt 50g box things with the fruit mixed in. Making lunch in the mornings is too much of a hassle any other way. And I emailed the company and they gave me 20$ in free coupons
