No, Teletraan-1 was actually a computer for the G1 universe. The creaters of the site that you're talking about used him/her as a base for TF info. But most refer her as a female.

Yeah...you know, when I saw Omicron's name on here, I thought he was this other person that had Omicron as a name, only, he didn't have the "Ice Queen" at the end like the one I know.

Oh...well...Omicron is a planet where one of the Beast Warriors (a type of Transformer) used to live before all the inhabitants were killed by a maniac.
