With the Xbox, it still needs to be sent in... though exactly when is up for debate, as my computer pretty much comitted suicide, and if that's not under warranty... then, I'll probably need to wait to send in the Xbox... like, wait a while.

To me, it just depends who you end up getting on the line, cuz one person can be really nice and quick, and another can be rude and obnoxious.

I think most companies need better costumer service =P
