    I'm able to make limited contact with friends. Please continue your efforts in tis.

     

    I was unable to finish the sentence in the last PM I sent. The Ellipses ultimate source of energy is...laziness.

     

    You must get them to fight you as much as you can. Do not spy on them and let them sit down and relax. Attack at will. They will eventually weaken and we will win the war.

     

    Now go fight them! Get me on the way! As I said, I have limited contact, but feel free to contact me for a short plan. In my time here, I have been albe to discover their battle plans and their identification:

    I shrugged my shoulders together so that no part of my body was visible to the dreaded Ellipse. I had a Turn-O-Ray ready in my hand, but there were several Ellipses surrounding him. I realized that if I do shoot them all down, the one I am focusing on will come running after me and I would eventually be captured and executed. I looked all around. The coast was clear. I quietly ran inside a big bush, and for some reason was able to not make sound as I did so. The suspense was rising.

    I looked through a teeny hole in the bush at what they were doing. Luckily I had my visual Ellipse-Language Translator! I pointed at the Ellipses who were having a conversation and the translator read, "Where do you think they all went?" The rest of the crew shook their heads, and they did something to end the meeting, I suppose. I checked and the coast was clear except for the ellipse that I was focusing on. Through the little hole in the bush, I shot the rest of them down, and nobody would suspect it was from inside the bush. So the Ellipse I was lookng at continues his work.

    He seemed to have some kind of badge that the others didn't have. That could mean that he's a leader of some type. I realized it would be too dangerous to go in and attack him alone, but I went for it anyway. I shot the man down, but as I did he had called other Ellipses and they came to surround me. I was able to shoot most of them down, but they eventually captured me.

    Good. Also, can I use depleted uranium rounds in my rifle? They won't cause a catastrophic explosion every time I fire it but they are just very dense bullets with lots of penetration. Perfect for shooting at Ellipses while they hide in their space ships and fortifications. :evilgrin:

    I have just learned that Elipses' ships do indeed have MAXIMUM SECURITY and HIGH PROTECTION. Those kind of attacks would be uselss, unless we could launch the bullets at 7000 Horse Power, which would knock the Elipses right through the windows without even damaging the ship. We could then infiltrate and take the ship for ourselves and where our handy Elipse disguises! No one will notice a thing!

    No worries, I don't mind. :)

     

    Okay, so the merit system:

     

    If you get a request done quickly, accurately, or make an especially awesome banner, you will get a Merit. You can get up to 3 merits from one banner. Merits may be only given out by Heads and Co-Heads.

     

    If you take a long time to fill a request, make a banner significantly different from the banner requested, or make a rather stiinky banner, you will get a demerit.You can get up to 3 demerits from one banner. Demerits may be only given out by Heads and Co-Heads.

     

    When you get a certain amount of demerits of merits, you will get promoted or demoted or fired. Every worker starts out with 3 merits.

     

    Admin - Keeps the shop organized and friendly; is able to hire workers: Not available by the merit system.

     

    Head - Keeps the shop in order; reports objectional content he finds in shop; makes sure the customers are notified about their request: 18 merits and up.

     

    Co-Head - Assists the head in keeping the shop in order, reporting objectional content, and making sure customers are updated about their requests: Between 10 and 18 merits.

     

    Honorary Member - It is an honor that we are able to have this worker in our shop: Position not available by the merit system.

     

    Worker - Just a plain worker: Between 0 and 10 merits.

    I love it. I'll get it on the first post which I saved - the codes and everything - and we'll hopefully begin contacting previous workers and all that jazz.

     

    A new rule is that you don't need to link to the post in which the request was made. Only the post in which the request was filled will be necessary. And you can just post up the image itself.

     

    And for workers who we know will be visitung very often, like Icy J and you, will not need to be contacted. Oh, and falling sheep, if the shop were open and we didn't have the merit system, he'd be promoted.

     

    And we will use the Apprentice and Old Timer thing based on their art.

     

    Well, let's get started.

     

    The only problem is that Pohuaki thinks its a temporary close. I'm not sure if we should ask him first or not.
