Been a while since I tried making a Toa. I thought a tropical fish motif would be an interesting direction for a Toa of Water.

Built for Sergei Rahkmaninoff as part of a joint Secret Santa project. Its a reimagining of one of this older mocs: Harrowed Angel. I tried mixing in some of his style with mine in this one.
