Okay, here's how it goes. You take two or more emoticons and combine them into a new emoticon. You can post as many times as you like, provided that you do not double-post.

    For example:

+ + = I'm scared of the angry alien!

    :wakeup2: + = Tohu in the morning.

    Newbies are funny.

You see, some newbies think that OBZPCs are staff members, and that's my theory on why I'm always getting bogged down with friend requests from new members and people that I don't know.

Not that that's a bad thing, just funny.

Yesterday, my dad and I go to the local Apple store to see if we can fix my external hard drive. We get the run-around by bimbo employees, and they don't sell the power cord, which is the problem anyway. (The hard drive itself is fine, the wire itself is literally fried.) We bought another external drive as a backup, but that one's cable isn't the same model! *facepalms*

The hunt for the power cable begins!

I think I should catch you up on all of the goings-on...

July 11th: Had a fun party for my maternal grandfather's 89th birthday. I decided to try out a floating thing I got for my mom as an early birthday gift. It kept folding up on me, so I got the nickname "The Human Burrito".

Later, two cousins of mine messed with the GarageBand program on my Mac. One did some awesome impressions of Mel Kiper Jr., Lou Holtz, and Harry Caray. He's going to Appalachian State and is very interested in sports broadcasting. He's quite mild-mannered, but after a couple of clicks, he was literally jumping up and down saying "That is awesome! That is so cool! Oh my gosh that is so cool!"

The other cousin, who is a bit strange, was inspired by the impression of Caray and said this:

Yeah. My dad almost passed out from laughing after hearing that. (He said a lot more crazy things, I'll post them upon request.)

Then we shot the potato cannon right as the rain was starting to just pour. The potato went a long, long ways, but no fireball engulfed the front end of the tube.

The next day, on the twelfth, I got up at about 11:00 from the excitement of the previous day. We drove to my paternal grandmother's house and had a fun time. The ice cream cake we made tasted great, and we shot off all but four of our fireworks. (Those four will go towards the potato cannon.)

And I guess you're wondering what I got? Two pre-ordered Artemis Fowl books (they'll get here in August), a few more very interesting books, Vastus, Stronius, and the SKOPIO XV-1. *awesomeface*

All of which I built there. *doubleawesomeface*

Vastus really isn't that fail. He doesn't look pregnant, he actually looks quite cool. Win tube is also win.

Unfortunately a large thunderstorm hit, we stayed up until 1:30 A.M. in our basement until the storm passed.

Today: I play in a baseball game, first one of the summer season. Should be fun.

Tomorrow: Extended family coming, going to shoot aforementioned potato cannon for them.

Sunday: I has a birthday. A cookie to the guy/gal who makes the COT topic.

Yesterday, my dad and I took 1000 matchheads and clipped of the ends, then mixed it with black powder. We stuck it in the end of a PVC pipe and jammed the other end with a potato. Then we capped off the black powder end and lit it with a fuse.

The potato was sent flying through the air in two parts, and then disintegrated at the apex of its flight. A massive fireball exploded out of the potato end of the cannon, with two smoke colors and a rapid popping noise. The black powder end of the cannon set the grass around it aflame and blasted a small hole in the concrete behind it.

So today we're planning to put in 30,000 matchheads and three fireworks-worth of black powder and explode it soon. I'll see if I can get a video out.

    I have those sets!

Gelu's awesome, but I'm not a fan of those shoulder armor parts.

    Kiina's awesomer than I heard.

    Mata Nui sucks.

    Ackar is brilliant.

(Vastus and Stronius were backordered, so I'll be getting those later.)

Kind of an early birthday present, 'cuz it's in 10 DAYS! *is excited*

(I gotta admit, I snooped around the house and all I came across were two small Amazon boxes...)

    I ordered them.

Along with a pick a brick bag to finish up a special mosaic.

Stronius and Vastus are on backorder, too bad. But I'll be building the other four.

Here's what my dad thinks about BZP:

"Oh, is that crazy Roa-Toa girl still running around?"

    *facepalm*

Of course I had to correct him, mainly by telling him she's not crazy.
