  1. Ooh I like this topic... :)1) I have over 95% of all Bionicle sets sold from 2001-End. (Pics to proove if you're curious).2) I am an exceptional Halo player.3) I am currently working a fourth-year college Internship as a freshman/sophomore.4) I am in the same Fraternity as the creator of Basketball (yes, the sport as a whole) James Naismith, Creater/Owner of Wendys, Dr. Seuss, John Goodman, and the creater of the computer mouse.5) Kinda musically talented, and have an ear for great music.- play Guitar, Piano, Sax, Clarinet, and honestly any instrament you put in my hand.6) I drive a way nicer car than I deserve.7) I feel bad now. I hate bragging...- Taka

  2. Yikes.. All that was quite the, erm, interesting read. This whole "Bionicle Returning" seems to be way more 50/50 than I realized. I, for one, would look forward to new sets and story. Heck, I'd even be happy with re-hashing the original Mata. However I'd also be equally as happy with a new story line (retaining some similar characters, I'd hope). But in all honesty, does it matter how 50/50 we are? Sure, without us fans wanting it back, at least, those of is who do want it back, there might not be current/future plans for a Bioncile return, but it seems LEGO might already be a few steps ahead of us.No point in fretting about it now, 2014 is quite a ways away, folks.- Taka

  3. ... Huh. Well, I feel a little silly now. However, I do enjoy Hearthfire; it's quite similar to the Magic Tower DLC for Oblivion. Gosh, I loved that tower.Have guys figured out your favorite manor yet? I think I'm leaning towards Lake View... (Falkareth)- Taka

  4. ... Yep, I see what you guys are talking about. Just finished one house (only three wings, barely any additions internally or externally), and attempted another, and realized "wow. I am wasting my time." so I stopped.I'll work on it later. And honestly, I had no trouble with the Iron Ingots, using the Thieves Guild shops in Riften was nifty. My problem was getting Sawn Logs to Heljarchen Hall.. Anyone else have problems with this, or am I just ignorant to where the Sawmill is?- Taka

  5. I don't think the story would have been much of anything of importance at all without the sets.
I'm not saying without the sets period. I'm saying if the story was itself, and the sets were based on the story, instead of the other way around.- Taka
Without the sets first, the concept of Bionicle would never have existed in the first place.
Yes, in all reality this is true, but I am insinuating the opposite: what if there was a story before the sets?- Taka
  6. Just hack ina bunch of iron with the console.Unless you're crazy not playing on PC, I guess.
*raises and* ohai Xbox.Yeah, I downloaded it a week ago, and just haven't gotten 'round to playing it. Is it really that bad, Turahk? I feel like I should start super-hoarding all the iron I can...- TakaEDIT: Takatu - Yes, that is more of what I meant. I'd love a full expansion, and not just little DLC. I mean, I just feel like the game is too near-perfect to let die so quickly. Even 150 hours in I don't feel complete yet.
  7. Bonseiii - I think that "vibe" you're getting isn't necessarily a bad vibe. Looking at the whole thing from a story prospective, it might deem itself worthy of a decent addition/closure/add-on. Because, sure, what's not cool about a star reviving fully functional and healthy characters that have passed? Plus, it adds quite an interesting spin on past-characters (as in characters that may show up in the future, now?), and the possibilities of future stories. Now, if you look at it from a personal level, this news seems almost a little disheartening... As it has been previously stated, the sacrifices made by characters, most notably Matoro, seem slightly less meaningful in terms of what his actions meant, or for that matter, what any characters sacrifice and decisions could mean. And I have to agree, certain parts of the Bionicle story line now seem a little less meaningful to me, seeing as it wouldn't matter too much what would happen either way, just as long as the RS was there. Granted, I say this with ill-knowledge of what exactly the RS is capable of. For instance, if it chooses who it revives, or if it just revives everyone (which wouldn't make sense as its been stated that Makuta and Matoro will not be revived). But only Greg F truly knows what's gonna happen with this whole RS thing, right? ;) - Taka

  8. Join a clan, that helped me get back into RS. The game is much less boring with friends always available to talk to.
That's what I was insinuating; this topic used to be a clan.*cough, cough*But yeah, that doesn't happen much anymore.- Taka
  9. --- Karma. Fallout 3 had it, and the KotOR games had something like it. I believe Neverwinter Nights did as well. I would like to see some kind of karma like system added to the game.
Karma in Fallout 3 had like two interesting points and no Megaton wasn't one of them. It was just bad.
Agreed. One of the few parts of Fallout 3 I didn't care for. KOTOR did it decently. As does Mass Effect.Anywho, a few posts above with the spoiler about the new DLC: Actually exactly why I came to this topic.I feel like Dawnguard, while good, is such a small DLC in comparison to Oblivions. Bethesda are planning on large, 20+ hour DLC, aren't they? I would be a tad disapointed if they weren't.Also: Starting my second character (about time..). Probably magic/range based, any suggestions on Race?- Taka
  10. This is the first time I've been on since January. Before the reboot I used to be on here everyday since I joined in August 2006...the nostalgia is killing me. I feel the tears coming.
This. I'm trying to stay more active though. But I haven't been on since, yikes. 2010? I was on religiously from 2006-2009, then started fading.- Taka
