So today I was rather frustrated because we went garage sailing, and I found nothing. No magazines, books, anything. Squat. So I got onto a site that sells Lego products. I would mention the name, but it has forums. After reactivating my account, I managed to pinpoint a certain past seller's store, and checked it out.

Then my jaw just fell to the floor. He had almost over a million things in his store. I also had 36 smacks. So that meant one thing - I ordered parts. I'm a bit short on useful ones at the moment. I have tons of pins and weapons that can't be used for anything good, as well as the occasional tile that doesn't end up anywhere. Plus, my MOCs are, face it, terrible. Compared to Bunda's, Cajun's, JackHunters, ANYBODYS, they look like joe blow thrown together sets. They have pretty much no system in them which is my current goal. As some people would say, my MOCs 'need moar system'. Anyway, here's what I ordered.

    - 8567 Lewa Nuva (no instructions or container) Parts in very good condition. (x1)
    - Black Technic, Axle 2 Notched (x150)
    - Dark Gray Technic, Liftarm 1 x 3 Thin (x10)
    - Medium Blue Technic, Angle Connector #5 - 112.5 degrees (x1)
    - Orange Technic Connector 2 x 3 with Ball Socket, Open Sides (x5)
    - Pearl Light Gray Arm Mechanical, Exo-Force / Bionicle (x6)
    - Pearl Light Gray Bionicle 1 x 3 Tooth with Axle Hole (x20)
    - Purple Hose, Ribbed 7mm D. 2L (x1)
    - Purple Hose, Ribbed 7mm D. 4L (x1)
    - Purple Technic Connector 2 x 3 with Ball Socket, Open Sides (x7)
    - Purple Technic, Liftarm 1 x 7 with Fan (x2)
    - Purple Tile, Modified 1 x 2 Grill with Bottom Groove / Lip (x15)
    - Trans-Neon Orange Wave Rounded (Castle Dragon Flame, Seaweed, Water) (x50)
    - Yellow Technic Connector 2 x 3 with Ball Socket, Open Sides (x1)

Can somebody help me and show me to a site that can actually provide copyable images so I can show everybody what pieces I'm talking about? Thanks.

The total for all of this was $13.75 or something close to that. Without shipping, but the shipping will probably cost about five dollars. That's a screaming good deal. With these I can actually spice up my MOCs. Until next time, au revoir.

I went to see The Dark Knight. I don't want to write a review, so here's just what I thought. heath Ledger's performance as the Joker was amazing. It deserves to win an Oscar, I think. Christian Bale was slightly campier than the first movie, but not by much. I got kind of bored halfway through because there was SO MUCH PLOT, but it payed off in the end. The Joker was very cool. I loved his tricks and sayings. Batman didn't get showed much in the movie, though. The movie wasn't as disturbing as I portrayed it to be, although there is language in it. I give it an 8/10, because they didn't truly do too much with the entire plot with the Joker, and there wasn't a lot of action.

Mini Lewa is riding Krika right now on my desk. xD I'm also too lazy to take pictures of him, or Bitil. Yes Bunda, I'm talking to you. Since I got my Coby Player, I can now finally listen to music without being interrupted. I finally got around to listening to every track in Collide, and now My Obsession is my favorite song. GAH, I can't decide. >.<

    Until tomorrow, au revoir!

So I bought Lewa a few days ago to buy Spiriah, and it turns out he sucked. Oh well, at least I have another Makuta in my collection. Then I had lots of leftover pieces from Lewa, and thought 'hmm, what to do with these..'. So with a little idea I thought of, and some inspiration from Roa, I built a Chibi Lewa! He looks fantastic, actually, and doesn't look like a boring old cruddy one. I'll post pictures when I get time to.

So..I have to write and take pictures for my Krika Review soon. Yes, I decided to do a Krika Review instead. Then Gali. Then Bitil. Then Onua. Then Gorast. Then Rockoh. Then Jetrax/Axalara/Mazeka.

    ...

So I got a Coby Player in return for my cruddy Sylvania. I have one thing to say - Coby Player FTW.

My next theme will be the Joker, and it'll stay for quite some time, k? Like a few months..or for the rest of eternity.

I'm going to Fred Meyers today to pick up a Lewa to build Spiriah and replace my newly-received MP3 player that fried with something else - hopefully an iPod, or something $30 or under.

Also, no luck with finding Mazeka yesterday at Wal-Mart. They had every Phantoka except for Lewa and Antroz, yet that also had a bunch of Takanuva and a Jetrax which I could have bought. Darn you, mom.

One thing left to say: KHAAAAN!

So yesterday was NOT a shabby Birthday at all. This is how it went -

Once I'm done building Rockoh, I go to Barnes and Noble and pick up Polgara the Sorceress, The Rivan Codex, The Indispensable Calvin and Hobbes Collection, and the first Bionicle Graphic Novel. After waiting for about a half-hour for my mom, sister, and her friend from getting back from Build-A-Bear, we then went to Olive Garden where the waitress let me slip and order a Cheese Pizza off of the kid's menu because it was the last time I'd ever be able to do so. Then we went home, and after a while of being on the computer, I'm going to sit down in my seat to watch TV, when I see this bag. I open it, and inside are Bitil and Onua! freaking sweet. I made them have an somewhat epic battle and tested how they'd look on display, then kept them around me for the remainder of the time.

Then my Dad hands me a sheet of paper saying that I get to have a combination called Surf and Turf, which is Alaskan King Crab legs and steak (I got the flay minion side). When I thought things couldn't get any better, my Dad goes downstairs to 'get a beer', and comes up with four bags. After dinner, I open the first one up. Inside is an MP3 Player! That's awesome. Next I open another bag, and inside is a sketch pad, custom ear plugs, and a sheet of paper saying that my Dad will now out fifty dollars from our savings account every month into my College Funds. I huge him for that, yada yada, yada yada. Then the next bag has a golden Lego Brick on it. I'll put that on my backpack or something. I open it, and inside's Vultraz. Finally, in the largest bag is..

Krika, Gali, Tahu, and Gorast! AWESOMENESS. I get to building them right away while conversing with my family. My dad then starts playing around with the MP3 Player and starts singing along (horribly) to some songs like Rap and Country and other stuff. o.O We caught it on tape and it made my mom and I laugh so hard we cried. Then we turned on a movie, and while I was in the kitchen, going to the bathroom, I see this HUGE box under the desk. I put it on the living room table, and I open it, and inside is Axalara T9. WOOT.

So I built those, and the entire thing wasn't bad at all. It went waaaaaaay better than I expected, too. So Axalara is mine, now, and also my favorite set. Now I just need Mazeka, Jetrax, and SOOPER Jetrax. So many things to review..Yes, I said thanks to everybody and consider myself super blessed. That was by far one of the best Birthdays I've ever had. I also have $30 leftover, so I'm smelling me some Mazeka today. Or that's just the stench of crab wafting around the house from last night, or the burned mess of food my Mom's probably cooking.

So what new sets do you guys want me to review? Again, I have every single one of them except for Mazeka and the two Jetrax. Check out the Takanuva review in my signature for a good overlook on how I review things.

EDIT: I said I went to B&N after building Axalara. I meant Rockoh.

IZ MEH BIRFDAY! I had a rather disturbed and difficult time sleeping last night, because there was a rather large box sitting on the living room table. I got about six hours of sleep in..Oh well. But it's all worth it because I opened it around 9:00, and guess what was inside?

ROCKOH T3! At first, I thought - "Dang, this is lame. Where's Axalara?" But then I built it, and I came to realize this is one of the coolest Bionicles ever made. The ship is pure win, and it's HUGE! Not taller than Takashmakanuva, though. I'll review it, don't worry. Pohatu was quite a bit of fail, but his new pieces and spiked visor saved him.

Also, my next theme's gonna be Axalara, so stick around to see some new red font and banner/avatar. I'll probably update this entry as I open more presents (my parents claim I have none, but my sister begs to differ and told me I had some more).

They're in your base. Yada yada. I'm back from Kahneeta, too. I finally spelled it right. xD The trip was awesome, but I won't bore you with the details. Also, it's my BDay tomorrow. WOOT. I also might get Axalara, but the chances are extremely slim, like more slim than a wild dog that's been starved for several days.

Still, it's fine. My party has to be in September, unfortunately, so that everybody can come. If I wanted to exclude three people, I could have it in August, but still, in September there's a better chance of getting Mistika. Speaking about Mistika, I REALLY WANT THEM. o.O

To end this entry there'll probably be a Klakk/Kojol MOC hosted on this blog on the 30th. As Steve McGranahan would say - "Baah".

EDIT: Present located. Blood red wrapping concealment non-transparent. Locking onto target. Object out of view. Object placed on table. *goes and looks at it*
  9. Whiplaaash
I still has no Mistika. But I has a sad. Do you has no Mistika and has a sad?

On another note, I'm leaving for Kahneeta tomorrow so don't pester me while I'm away. Also, it's almost my birthday! I better be seeing some Mistika show up in my mailbox. T.T (jk)

This is probably going to be one of the best vacations ever. I'm staying in a hotel with my friends, and apparently Kahneeta has pools, arcades, a beach, EVERYTHING. Maybe even Chuck Norris. xD But I'll enjoy it most of all because we're bringing donuts.

I also REALLY want to see The Dark Knight. It's on the top of my want to see list this year. Heath Ledger's gonna do such a good job... And the movie looks pure awesome. Although I'm afraid I'll be disturbed by it, judging by one fact that one of the kids in Swim Team told me. He told me the truth why the Joker's mouth was all red..I'm already freaked out.

Oh well, I should be getting to packing and stuff. See y'all later.

YES ITS MY 12TH ENTRY COOKIES FOR ALL OF YOU *throws cookies*

Also, it took me like 12 times to spell 'entry' correctly on this. Anyway, life-ish-ness is fine right now, I have a swim meet tomorrow and am swimming 100 IM, 50 Backstroke and 50 Freestyle. My birthday is so close...o.O So is Kenita. My lack of Mistika is hurting my brain, and right now my cat is attacking several empty plastic bags and trying to find his little ball. Not that you care, though, you're just gonna read this and leave because you have nothing good to say.

So to retain your interest I must ask readers a question: Do you have any cats? If so, what kind are they? I have a huge black fatteh, a runt mainecoone who was just attacking some bags, and an older-than dirt runt mutt.

I'm also starting an idea of making a stop-motion movie of the Mistika. Like that idea? Be sure to tell me in your post.

After so long, here's my BL10 review. The first spoiler tag contains a tiny amount of spoilers, so people who haven't read it yet can check that one out. The second one is for people that have already read the book and want to know what I think about it (it contains many spoilers).

WARNING: Below Review Contains Minor Spoilers That Readers May Think Too Revealing

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «Plot: I didn't enjoy the plot that much. Most of the chapters in present time were about the Makuta and Toa Nuva confronting one another, no side stories really. The interludes were what I would consider lame, because they featured no cool side stories like Krekka vs. Gorast, or Hydraxon vs. Kalmah and Ehlek or anything. They were all about the Toa Mata, and most about their training.
The Bohrok-Matoran connection was REALLY WEIRD. Like, really weird. It made sense, but it wasn't exciting. The Toa Mata actually confront the First Toa, not the Nuva. That disappointed me.

Character Development: As usual, the Toa Nuva were...the Toa Nuva. As for the First Toa, the other three Makuta and Krakua, here's what I have to say. The First Toa was rude and irritating, and I just didn't like her character. She was somewhat like Tuyet when she was fighting Nidhiki and Lhikan, just not crazy or evil.

The three Makuta, I really just couldn't get behind. Bitil truly only got one chapter for his development, and he appeared to be a high-pitched, somewhat mad Makuta. Gorast was awfully bloodthirsty and kept commenting on the fact that she would gladly commit suicide for the plan. Krika kept feeling sorry for himself, and was rather irritating. Not what I pictured him to be at all.

Overall: The book, in my opinion, got a 5/10. It would have been three, but since the Nuva were in it, it increased the score. I'm sure I would have liked it more, had there not been so many interludes. The book set up nicely for The Final Battle, so that better be good.

    WARNING:
    Below Review Contains Major Spoilers

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «Plot: The plot wasn't very well thought of, in my opinion. The whole Codrex ordeal was thrown together in my opinion. The story in the present was lame, too, just another excuse to get the keystones and beat up some bad guys.
The interludes were horrid in my opinion. I thought they would have a chapter or two on the Mata, and the other chapters would have short stories like Botar's death, Gorast vs. Krekka, etc. Those were a large disappointment.

Character Development: Well, to start off with, Krakua got no development whatsoever. The only impression I have of him now is a silent messenger boy. Helryx was a HUGE you know what. She was kind of Tuyet on the good side. The Makuta got even lamer development. Here's a comparison: in SitS, they gave the Phankuta very good development, like Antroz's noble sense, Chirox's scientist-esque attitude, etc. In SoS, each Makuta got a chapter to themselves. And in those chapters, they got no character development.

Gorast was a crazy bloodthirsty, suicidal madwoman. Bitil was a high-pitched, obsessive madman, and Krika was a moaning pain in the butt who kept feeling sorry for himself. Not what I pictured them to be at all.

So the book got a solid 5/10. Nuff said.

On another note, it's almost my birthday! =D So you all better buy me some Mistika. Also, yes, I'm still me, I've just changed my font and everything. GORAST FTW

Woohoo, I'm going to see WALL-E today after my swimming lessons. It looks absolutely spectacular, too. It'll probably wind up being my favorite movie. I just hope they don't squeeze out some WALL-E toys or a WALL-E 2. >_<

Also, FoF 10 is up! This is what I thought of it:

It was pretty good. The klakk were cool, but poor Spiriah. WHY DID LEGO RELEASE A COMBINER FOR 5 MONTHS THAN KILL HIM? I'm glad nobody else got killed. I thought that Lariska and Vezon kicked the bucket when it said "that felled Vezon and Lariska". I was like "NOOOOOO!" before I read on. I'm glad Miserix cooperated with the team. All in all, it shall be awesome seeing Brutaka and the others standing atop a flying dragon, firing down attacks at the BoM.

What do you guys think of WALL-E (if you've seen it)?
  13. Whiplaaash
So yup, Dark Mirror just ended, paving the road clean for the next podcast to come. FoF will go too, as will TMC. Here's what I hope the next serials will be like.

The Hagah: I hope that this is the podcast. GregF said that Jackina might be able to narrate the next Podcast, which would be cool. She could Play Gaaki and quite a few others. I want the serial to revolve around them battling the Kanohi Dragon among other things.

Vultraz vs. Mazeka: I want this to be the text serial. Nuff said.

OoMN vs. BoM: This should be the blog, with perspectives of both sides and how each side is doing in the battle for the universe.

That's my little-detailed thoughts on the serials. What do you think they should be?
  14. Whiplaaash
They're all included in camping. Speaking of which, I'm going camping tomorrow! I'll be back Monday. Here are the circumstances under which me and my extended family will be camping in.

Usually, we went to one camping site, and that was awesome. But, my three Aunts, Grandma, and Mom wanted a bathroom in the trip, because it was too hard to hunker down and create more logs in the forest. Last year we had a Port-O-Potty, but that didn't work very well. One of my cousins had a bladder problem or something, so she went out there every ten minutes. >> So we'll be going to a different location, which I don't think I'll like very much. All the men disagree with the women, but in the end, it's up to them. Oh well.

All of my extended family are rednecks, excluding my cousin who had four sisters. Of course, all of them have huge, fancy, expandable tent trailers with bathrooms, kitchens, bulk beds, all that crud. They take all of that stuff, including TVS and stuff to camping. Do I hear Mother Nature crying?

They do all that while my family busts our butts to get our tent up and stuff. That's not too fair. Again, oh well. Every year, we also have a boat race, which is great fun, and my Dad always wins. >_< This year, I made a boat that looks like a huge Ruki fish. It's awesome. I'll post pics in my blog after camping. We're still going to have a lake, but I don't know about it. I doubt it'll have all the cool stuff like mini-rapids and obstacles to go around like our old river.

On a good note, one of my Aunts, her two kids, and current boyfriend are coming. They've never come, before, as well. So that'll be cool...

Who else has any big camping trips coming up? This year's gonna be awesome, but not as awesome.
  15. Whiplaaash
Yeah. I finally got a blog. Woohoo. So expect many different things. Many, many things. *evil laugh*

On another note, I'll be getting BL10 in four days from Amazon, as well as the Mallorean 1-5 and Seekers #1 - The Quest Begins. It doesn't surprise me a lot of BL10 spoilers have already popped up. Oh well, that's what happens when people are lazy.

I have proof Summer shalt never cometh to thy fair land again. The reasons why:

About a week ago, my parent's friends brang their children with uber ADD over (ages 1-3 and 3-4) and they were both sick. Guess what? They were always running around the house, screaming mommy and daddy. And my dad said that their youngest, who was the sickest, continuously planted his entire face into each pillow in the house. Note that he has sniffles, coughs, and a freaking huge runny nose. The other one coughed all over out dinner food, and wouldn't stop pestering us. He wanted everything on the table, but once he got everything, he ate nothing. And he tugging on his dad's shirt, saying "Momdaddy momdaddy momdaddy momdaddy momdaddy momdaddy momd..."

We had to wipe the entire house down. Then, yesterday, my best friend and his sister came over to our house. We were told that his sister had a minor cold, just a cough. But that was far wrong. They both had colds. The sister was the worst though. She had a long, raspy cough, and snot everywhere, and a phlegmy throat. And her parents still insisted on giving her milk. My friend coughed about fifty times while he was here. Again, we had to wipe the house down.

That proves that the cold season is still not over. Here's reports on the weather.

It's June now, no? It's been sunny every once and a while. A few nice days. But that's it. Throughout 2008, where I live, we've had the worst weather. Rain, snow, hail, wind, and that occasional glimpse of sunlight, as if it likes to tease our craving minds. Sometimes I think I'm going to get no-sun cancer. The most chaotic day though, was when it was windy, raining, with a storm, and hail chunks, and it was still slightly sunny. It's like our world is telling us to get off this planet, and find a new one. We SHOULD be doing that, too. As I type this, it is just plain wet outside. A few minutes ago, the trees were wildly swinging about, threatening to destroy my house. And rain was coming down, attempting to flood us.

When shalt this insanity cease? When will the sun prevail through the bad conditions and shine it's light upon thou? When shall the runny noses stopeth and when shall I get my book? I speaketh for everybody when I say two days. I WANT MY SUMMER BREAK! Who else has cruddy weather?
  17. Whiplaaash
There are three days between me and my beloved book order. Darn you, Amazon, for making me wait 12 days. >> I've heard the book is so freaking awesome. I'm glad I have all the Toa Mata.

    *groans*

Also, anybody else on here read any Erin Hunter or David Eddings work?
