"You don't think anything that Skeeter cow-..."
"I have shown you the letters from countless parents who remmeber you from their own days here, telling me in no uncertain terms that if I sacked you, they would have something to say about it-"
"...if you are holding for universal popularity,I'm afraid you will be in this cabin for a very long time."
Quite an awkward comparison, especially that Rita Skeeter bit, but the message is the same.
I wanted to work in the part in there about Aberforth, but it wouldn't work.
Does anyone else think that the Avohkah is the Brickmaster Promotion? They're both Rahi, and they both have a role in the storyline.
I'm not posting this as a topic though, because it seems like speculation.
Anyway, I have a pretty bad cold today which I seem to have caught yesterday. Nothing serious, but it sure is annoying...
I was looking through my old blog entries, and I realized that the Anti-Adventurer Club lapsed into infighting barely a day after it was formed. And with only about five or six members, too. And the infighting is still going on today. This doesn't reflect well.
Shadow-Nui is demoted from whatever position he had before. >=(
On the bright side, I'm still handing out cookies for some odd reason.
Wouldn't it be cool if they used electrostaffs? It'd be really hard to make it so that they're not underpowered or overpowered, but it'd still be cool.
It's my birthday today! I got to play with fire. Although it was only lighting the candles. Ah well. Fire is fire. And the cake was very good.
Anyway, I got Tarix for my birthday. For some reason, I always like the sets that other people tend to dislike. Anyway, the light blue on his hands and feets is kinda annoying, but I can live with it. Otherwise, the color scheme is very cool, and the weapons are some of the best ones ever. Too bad the hands don't let him hold it in a cool way.
...I know there was something else I wanted to say...
I went to a friend's birthday party yesterday. We went bowling (which I am horribly bad at), played some video games (Brawl and Battlefront 2, to be specific), watched Revenge of the Sith, and then played cards until 5 AM.
I am dreadful at Battlefront, although I did win a battle, but I'm okay at Brawl. Favorite Brawl character so far would be Meta Knight (or just about any sword-wielding character), although I think the Final Smashes are insanely annoying.
Anyway, Revenge of the Sith is a great movie, probably my favorite out of the series. We were playing Magic: The Gathering while the movie was on. I did quite well, but my winning streak was broken when everyone else ganged up on me.
I spent the day at the bookstore yesterday. Needless to say, I finally got BL9!
Unfortunetly, they didn't have BL8 there. Ah, well. You can't have everything.
And now I have to update that content block AGAIN. Stupid Carapar...
I've been mostly listless lately, probably because there's nothing to read. So could anyone recommend a good book series to occupy my time? I prefer Sci-Fi/Fantasy, and Mystery.
I sure envy that guy.
I got the grades for my speech back today. I did well on most of it, but the single part that really dragged me down was the fact that I didn't speak loudly or clearly enough. :annoyed2:
I have no idea what that's saying, but I don't think it's anything too good.
Oh, and now to talk about Bionicle, I think I'll get Jetrax just to make the Destral Cycle. The idea of a Makuta as a biker is the craziest, therefore best, idea I've heard yet.
I still want Rockoh, though. No idea how I'm going to convince my parents to let me get Jetrax, Rockoh, Takanuva, Icarax, and a few canister sets for Christmas, though. :annoyed2:
Instead of all grey outside, it's all white now! The best part is, since it's snowing, I don't have to go to Chinese school! And if this continues, I might not have to go to school tomorrow either!
Anyway, I went sledding for a while. Those things were impossible to steer. I crashed into someone and almost ran over a dog. Not to mention that I crashed into the sidewalk every single time.
Oh, and I also built a snowman and had my dad run it over with his car.
Stuff Today:
The snow hasn't melted, so there's no school today. It's still not melting, so it's likely that there's no school tomorrow, either. And the reporters say that it'll snow again on Wednesday, so if this continues, the soonest that I'll have school again is Friday.
This is my excuse to slack off on my homework.
You know that picture of a Shadow Toa that I drew earlier? I was thinking of making that into a comic series, but with what Takanuva is now, my idea just isn't original anymore.
