According to Athena another of my characters, Paris, has sealed his doom. In answer to your question the Big Three weren't, and they were the most powerful Gods. Although strangely enough Poseidon doesn't even show up in our Play.
Poseidon and Hades were really no more powerful that some of the other gods. Zeus on the other hand was, but that may have had something to do with not being eaten and growing up in a cave instead.
