i see where this is going, the last pics pattern gave it away if im thinking right... balck-red-yellow: the patterns of the the coral snake? so either your just messing aorund with masks, or your making evil smakes to do your bidding!!!!! oh wait, no worries, they can't move on their own! yay! still cool idea, with i had enough of the same mask to do that.

Copper huna, the other ones ahve been over-used, no one apreciated the copper huna anymore

looks like mutagen leach fell into some proto. as said before..... you have waaaaaay to many mantax sets. the build is nice, consistant, great use of the mantax pieces, and the barraki jaws. if your into the number rating, i'd say 10/10 as usual for you Czar.

Sweet flying monkeys on a stick... the full moc looks amazing. I think my eyes are actually bleeding. Head design, 10/10 Torso design 11/10 (mostly for hte genious use of the matoro weapons) Arm design 10/10 Leg design 10/10 Weapon design 8/10 (just because someone else came up with the energy sword design) Now as for the color scheme, i say you try to get it white with some orange, and make him look like good ol' halfjaw from halo 2...... either that or you could spend a few thousand years trying to make him look like a royal guard? Nonetheless, it looks awesome, noone can beat this, and we all look forward to your future mocs... KUTAW Spelling corrected. And, no, I won't re-color the design to look like Rtas 'Vadumee. It's supposed to be the Arbiter. ~D

sweet mother of the Oracle... that rules, i do agree with the whole best moc ever, i can't rely see how this is too boxy to resemble the eliete, looks just like the good ol' arbiter (bonus points if you can find some way to get a mark of shame on him) still this rules beyond belief, i hope you dont make the common mistake that some people make, alot of people forget the hooves on the elietes feet. BUt seing as your a halo fan, theres no way you can miss a single bit of him ps. Looking forward to the moc, maybe some more halo mocs after this *cough* *cough* hunter *cough*

YAY! mass destruction and the world dividing into factions!! there's only a few thing i can suggest 1. i am sad that a halo fan forgot GRENADES, im thinking... Surge Grenades (send out a small EMP wave, killing any computer opperated device) Nitrogen grenades (good ol' liquid nitrogen super compaceted, releases enough cold to freeze an enemy solid within 10 feet of blast) Sonic grenade (sends a 320 decible sound wave out when released) 2. what every sci-fi thing needs, some sort of mutated troops (like say infected terran) 3. Thermal Visor/ Contact lenses (side note: what now mr. invisible man? i can see you!!!) 4. final one, (sky burner+ satelite) a small orb device that when triggered sends a small radio signal to a satelite with a supercharged solar/plasma beam that burns anything down to an moleclure scale, when it hits the ground it can roast anything and is as acurate as finding a grain of sand to lock onto. other than that, totaly rules, love rail guns!

Czar all the way, as envious as i am of his MOCing abilities, that self moc just rules, i cant resist the sharp edges and spikes , it's a weakness....
