  1. So I'm quite behind, I've only seen about half the S3 episodes, but I've just been hearing about Alicorn Twilight. I'm as surprised as anyone else, but I think it's quite a fitting development, as Twilight has always been exceptionally talented and has saved Ponyville on multiple occasions.

  2. I've always portrayed my character as wearing a Hau, but given all the options in a world like that, I probably wouldn't go for one. I think my ultimate choice would be a Mask of Healing. The reason being that the potential for good there is far greater than with a Hau or many other Kanohi. I could theoretically heal and save countless lives, which would be one of the best abilities to have in a world with so many destructive powers.

  3. I do agree about the tubing, but there isn't much I can do about it. My two pieces of black tubing are too short for the long part, and I don't have any 2 units long. Silver looks terrible so gold is really my only option. It doesn't look that bad so I figured I'd go for it. I did a quick mask in Photoshop, though, and you're probably right; the black tubes would probably be the best optionAbout the Rahkshi heads: I agree but again, not much I can do about that. I was stuck on that spot for a long time. They're basically the only piece that would fill in the HF leg armor.Studs: again not much that can be done about that, as far as I know. Thanks for the feedback, guys.
Yeah, it's hardly fair for me to criticise those aspects when I can't think of better ideas myself. Although one other solution to the gold tubing problem could be changing the yellow pieces to grey ones. It might not look amazing but there would be less of a clash.
  4. I have only three complaints: The gold clashes with the yellow, so I think black tubing is in order there. The Rahkshi heads don't fit in extremely well with the HF armor around them, but I can't think of any better pieces offhand. And I think the studs on the fins don't look great, but again I haven't got any solutions, so I'm not much help.Apart from those, most very well played. The body has some brilliant angles and the cockpit is particularly well integrated with the HF leg armor. And I love the tubes, because they emphasize the effect. Great work - good BIONICLE/HF spaceships are fairly rare, and this is very refreshing.

  5. The only thing I really don't like about this is the shoulders. I can see you were trying to stay accurate to the Metru build, but his shoulder joints are out too far, and not only that, they're pointing up as if he's permanently shrugging. They need to be brought in as well as down. The perspective on the Huna is also a bit off. It's mostly in the eyes, as one seems to be significantly smaller than the other, not to mention at a different angle.Apart from those, very nice work. Your style is the sort I'd expect to see on the front of a BIONICLE novel or something. And I love your coloring. The different tones used under the green are very effective.

  6. It took me a few seconds to see the head properly. What would help there is changing the eyes to a more contrasting color, and I'd also put them sideways, as they aren't fish-like pointing straight ahead. It's cute though. I like the tail. And the pink teeth.

  7. @The Renegade Emperor: I dunno, I quite like heartlight-type details. @Lego Obsessionist: I think the majority of the MOC is quite ordinary build wise, although yeah, the lower legs are more unusual. I can't recall seeing the hand technnique before either, but the droid torso has been around for so long I'm sure I can't be the first to use it like that. I'm actually okay with the feet.@Mr. Fluffy: Thanks!@FrozenFlash: The colors are earth-ish. That's about as far as it goes.@Paleo: While I'm not really happy with the pelvic area, length isn't anything I would change were I to revamp it. There was never meant to be much of a midsection to speak of, as the MOC is meant to have a short torso in proportion to its legs.
