Hello all, I have some good news, and some bad news.
First off, the bad news: Jaller's Forge will not be opening for about 2 weeks. I need to get some things straightened out, and those things are some which I hope upon hope some will be happy about.
Now, the good news: We have many updates to share with you!
First, we will have a fully functional website soon, hopefully by the end of july. To see what else is in store with this site, read on!
Every single category will be fully re-written, with a full description and links to a specially made gallery. I thought about this, and couldn't decide weather I wanted to make gallery's for each option, or to combine some. I have decided to go with #2.
We will now be providing return packaging, and each address will be printed in easy to read printing. I was walking through a general store a couple days ago, and saw that small padded envalopes only cost like 48c, so, I figured, "Hey, why dont I start providing return packaging?" Plus, the bubble wrap left over will be fun to play with
I have been thinking, and Jaller's Forge for Custom Masks and Parts seems to be too long. So, I thought i'd break it up, so, with the clairification of VBN, I will change the name to Jaller's Forge - Custom Masks and Parts. Not that big of a change, just a - instead of for.
Additionally, the main image will be either be re-made, or feature a new image. The reasoning for this is because we will possibly change the stores name.
The main reason we're keep the forge closed is so we can pull together some example images. VBN is currently in Hawaii for 10 days, so i'm stuck with all the work. I am going to be starting a resurface example as soon as I post this entry.
On the talk of categories, I will be getting rid of the Plasticard weapons example for some time. This is NOT permanent, I just need to get better at it. Also, I am combining some names of the categories, and giving the combined categories names.
Basic rundown:
Detail painting - Detail, resurface
Battle scaring
Infection, rust & poison
Standard Repaint
Color Glossing
Sculpting - Sculpting, Mask Fabrication
Combining - Combining, Removing
Weapons Fabrication
Sculptures
Plasticard Detailing
Bases
You'll notice that their are some new categories in there too. Enjoy them.
Next, I'll be opening an auction block here specifically for auctions. More on this later.
Another think i'm starting is the monthly newsletter. This will basically be a newsletter I email to subscribers.
Any questions or comments accepted!
